"What is this madness?" Sanzu mutters as he stares at the wall of pads and tampons. "Which one do I even grab?" He mutters as he grabs a box. "That's for older women," Kakucho said as he came from behind. "Where the f*ck did you come from?" Sanzu questions as he knew he came alone. "I came just in case because I knew you fail at this task. Now let's hurry because (Y/n) can't stay in the bathroom forever." Kakucho said as he grabbed the right back for her. Sanzu couldn't complain since Kakucho did all the work for him along with saving the embarrassment of paying for the item. 

As they made it home, the two men saw Genji and Daku outside their gate. Sanzu made the driver stop the car. "My daughter isn't feeling well today. Plus, I told you to stay away from our home for a month." Sanzu said as he looks at Genji. "I know, but we just need to talk to (Y/n) for a moment, Sanzu-San," Genji said. Both Sanzu and Kakucho were surprised that the two knew about (Y/n)'s real name. "The hell did you say?" Sanzu frowns as he got out of the car. "We've known since the start but waited until she confessed about faking her identity. We haven't told anyone else, we promise. But we need to talk to her, please." Daku begged. His eyes looked a bit red and puffy. He also looked like he didn't get any sleep. "Does she know that you two know?" Kakucho asks. Both teens nodded. Sanzu and Kakucho looked at each other and Sanzu didn't like what look Kakucho was giving him. "Fine," Sanzu grunted as he allowed the two teens to come inside.

"Genji," Mikey said. "Hello, Sano-San." Genji nervously replied as he bowed. "She is in her room resting. You two can stay for a while." Mikey sighs heavily. "Thank you, Sano-San." Daku bows quickly before rushing up to (Y/n)'s room. Genji did the same and followed behind Daku. "Those two do care for her." Ran sighs. "Yeah. . .I hope they're right for her." Mikey mutters. 

Daku entered (Y/n)'s room and saw her laying on her bed asleep. Kei, Emma, Shinichiro, and Izana were resting around her. Though, Kei felt their presence and woke up. Kei wanted to hiss at them but saw how worried they looked for (Y/n). "Hey, Kei." Daku hums as he rubbed Kei's head. He then went over to (Y/n) and kiss the top of her head. (Y/n) slightly moved due to the contact, but stayed asleep. "What are we going to do now? Our reasons aren't going to be good enough for her." Genji asks as he sat on the edge of her bed. "I don't know. But all I want to do is be here for her." Daku says as he grabbed (Y/n)'s hand. "Always such a romantic." Genji sighs as he rolls his head a bit. "And you were always a pervert," Daku replies. "That was one time." Genji rolled his eyes. "Once is enough." Daku sighs. The two cleaned up around her room a bit and did whatever they could to make her sleep comfortably. It wasn't long until Mocchi came in to give (Y/n) her soup. 

(Y/n) groaned a bit as she didn't want to wake up, but Mocchi forced her up. "D-Daku? Genji?" She asks as she opened her eyes and looked around her surrounding. "Hey, how are you feeling?" Daku asks. "Tired." She replies. Mocchi helped her up on her feet and took her to the bathroom so she could do her business. Once she came out, Daku and Genji agreed to help make sure (Y/n) ate her soup, and oranges, and drank her water. It was a bit awkward since the three sat in silence. "(Y/n), I'm-" Daku started. "Don't apologize. I overreacted. I'm sorry I yelled and pushed you away." (Y/n) says as she looks at him. "But you had every right to be mad. I should've said something since the start. . .and I lied." (Y/n) raised a brow at his words. "(Y/n), there's been something we wanted to tell you," Genji said as he grabbed her hand. Daku grabbed her other hand and the two started to tell the truth about their messed-up family drama and why they couldn't confess to her. "You two are brothers?" (Y/n) asks as her mind was blown by this new information. "Technically, half-brothers, but yeah." Genji chuckles lightly. 

"To be honest, we kept our distance from you so we wouldn't turn out like them. Though, it got harder to deal with since the three of us kept going to the same school. We then began to fight as we got older and ended our friendship right before we got back to school this year." Daku said. (Y/n) sat there as she took in all the information before grabbing both of their hands. "We're not going to turn out like them. You two already confessed to each other that you have feelings for me, so no one is getting backstabbed here. I love you both the same. There's no need to fight. There's no need to kill each other." (Y/n) hums. The two smiled knowing she was right. "(Y/n), I love you." Both males said in unison. (Y/n) felt flustered but also happy by their confession. "I love you two, too." (Y/n) smiles. She set her empty dishes aside and the two crawled up next to her. (Y/n) giggles as the two kissed her cheeks. "Stop, you two might get sick." She giggles. "It's worth it." Genji chuckles. "So worth it." Daku smiles as he kisses her cheek again. Kei and the other cats looked at the three with joy.
