I wake to the sound of a horrid buzzing that never seems to end.
I groan, holding my hands over my ears.
What is that?
I hear Caroline whine as well.
"Go away." She mumbles, pushing Elena to the ground from her spot on the bed.
"Ow!" I cry tiredly, as Elena falls on top of me.
There wasn't enough room in the bed for all four of us, so I took the floor.
Elena glares at Caroline before crawling to her phone, stopping the incessant ringing.
"Hello." Elena speaks into the microphone.
Caroline and Bonnie both glare at her, hating that they were being woken from their peaceful slumber.
"Shh." Bonnie hushes.
"Elena!" Caroline adds, both of the girls completely annoyed.
Elena leaves the room to talk on the phone.
"What are you doing on the floor?" Bonnie asks, having fallen asleep before they voted me out of the bed.
"Trying to sleep."
"You slept down there all night?" She questions.
"It's fine there wasn't enough room." I reply.
"Caroline! Why would you let her sleep down there? She has scoliosis! She'll be hunched over for a week." Bonnie chastises.
"What? I didn't know. She said it was fine." Caroline defends.
"It is fine. Don't worry about it." I say.
"Ivy I swear if you don't wear the back brace this time..." Bonnie threatens.
"I will. Promise."
"You're such a liar." She giggles, knowing I have no intention of wearing the back brace.
———— DAMON'S POV
"Have a great day, honey." I kiss Andie, before she walks out the door, brushing past Alaric and surprisingly Ivy.
"Oh, hey Alaric. Later" Andie greets, making her way out of the house.
"My new girlfriend. Andie star, action news." I tell them cockily.
"It's not called action news." Alaric replies.
"I know. I just like saying it. Come on." I gesture for him to come into the house.
Alaric walks to the parlor as I stay at the door to greet Ivy.
"Congratulations! She's really pretty." Ivy grins.
"Why thank you, Baby." I say, leading her inside.
Its not that I don't enjoy Ivy's company, but her dropping by was...unexpected.
