Andy's POV

I woke up before her and no matter how creepy it sounds; I just lay there and looked at her while she was still sleeping. I sound like a creep don't I? Yeah... I really couldn't help myself though, Lex looked so peaceful while sleeping and as always she was so beautiful, I never wanted to let go of her again, if I could, I'd take her hand now and never let go again, that was unrealistic though, since she was working with her own music and I was too. She turned around, cuddling closer up to me and I couldn't help but smile and wrap my arms around her, kissing her forehead softly.

"Morning" she mumbled short after, not opening her eyes but apparently awake, wonder when she woke up tho.

"Morning" I responded, squeezing her a bit but letting go as her stomach growled loudly.

"Shhhhh, stomach, you're ruining the moment..." She mumbled and I couldn't help but laugh and squeeze her a bit again.

"When did you last eat something?" I asked her with a serious look in my eyes, not that I suspected her for not eating on purpose, but she'd had a lot of thoughts the day before which easily could lead to no appetite.

"Ehm... Not since before Jake's party, I think..." She mumbled.

"I'll make us something then" I said and she let out a sigh, slowly getting out if bed like me.

"So what's the plan for today?" I asked after placing our now empty plates in the sink and walking over to Lex, hugging her from behind and kissing her neck softly.

"We have a small gig tonight, it's our fist real one, nothing else I guess" she laughed and I smiled, it might only be a small step for the band she'd created with Max and the others, but they'd gotten there quickly, getting enough attention on places like YouTube to play half an hour on a small stage and from what I'd heard, there'd be talent scouts there, which could bring then further quickly, maybe even give them the chance to start recording a EP.

"That sound good, may I show up?" I asked and pulled her down on the couch with me.

"I don't think I'll be able to sing if you're not there to kick me onto the stage..." She mumbled and I chuckled.

"I'll gladly be there then!" I said.

Alex's POV

Gosh I was so nervous. I drove home around four hours before I was supposed to be at the small venue where I'd meet up with Max, Shane and Andy, of cause arriving with Emmy and Sophie who relied on me to drive them. I looked one last time at my face in the mirror, taking a deep breath before I pulled on my boots and my leather jacket, smiling nervously at Emmy and Sophie before we all left our apartment, crawling into my car and driving the short ten minutes drive in silence.

"Gosh, I could sing life on stage with Andy three years ago in front of thousand people without even thinking twice about it and now... I feel like I'm gonna faint, and there's max 100 persons here" I mumbled, getting some looks from Emmy and Sophie.

"Wait, you sang with Andy? On stage?" Emmy asked and I nodded, not having the nerves to explain anything to them.

As we got inside, I quickly spotted Shane with his blue hair, sitting next to Andy and Max at a table. We hurried over there and Andy instantly pulled me into a hug, promising me that we'd do amazing when it was our turn to play which was in 10 minutes.

"I'll be cheering all the way trough, you can do it" Andy whispered and bend in, pressing his lips softly against mine before parting again.

"Now go out there and blow their minds" he laughed and I nodded, smiling at him as Emmy and Sophie dragged me off to the back stage area.
