Falling For You

Chapter Nine

Kylie's house was now empty apart from the three of us. According to Kylie, Justin left before we woke up to film a music video and took the other two with him leaving us to spend the day with Kylie. We were currently sitting in Kylie's hot tub, with glasses of rose champagne.

Kylie stood at the outdoor bar, refilling her glass while she spoke, "What the hell happened in that car last night, Dia?"

I chuckled while raising my eyebrow at Kylie, "Dia? Like day in Spanish? That's new."

"Shut the fuck up and answer the question."

I set my glass on the edge of the hot tub and took the hair band off my wrist to put my hair up. I quickly put my hair in a messy bun giving me time to think of an answer. I knew just as well as the two of them that if I didn't tell her she would just question Justin at a different time. 

Sighing, I picked my glass back up, "Nothing really. We smoked some."

Tessa quickly shook her head while handing her now empty glass to Kylie for a refill, "Bullshit. I'm not dumb and I'm gonna assume Kylie isn't either. You were sitting on his lap. Nadia."

"We kissed but that was it, damn. I was high what do you expect?"

Kylie laughed while handing Tessa a new glass of champagne, "I heard Jay is a good kisser so I say go for it, girl. He ain't bad lookin' either."

Tessa began to question Kylie about her relationship with Justin that eventually led to a conversation about her current boyfriend, Tyga. While they continued to talk I silently got out of the hot tub to put my glass up, although Tessa would have been fine staying here another night I wanted to go back for at least one night. 

"You think he'd go for Nadia?" Tessa's question piqued my interest but I continued to busy myself with the small cheeses that sat on a tray in front of me. 

"Definitely. He hasn't been in a relationship since Selena and nothing against her, but that relationship was toxic towards the end. Him and Hailey were messing around for a little bit but that wasn't nothing serious." 

As Kylie finished talking, Tessa opened hers to follow up but before she could a loud yell interrupted, "Sis!"

Before Kylie could answer the call and casual looking Kendall Jenner entered the backyard, followed by another girl. Next to me, Kendall looked around the yard until she met my face, quickly smiling. I pushed the cheese that sat in front of me over, getting a clearer look at the other girl. Once she took her sunglasses off I could clearly make out the face of Hailey Baldwin

Hailey was the first one to say anything while stepping in front of Kendall, "Who was I messing around with?"

As Kylie stood up from where she sat on the edge of the hot tub she said, "You and Jay. Hey sissy." She hugged Kendall while beginning to introduce us, "These are my friend Nadia and Tessa.

We received waves from the two as Kylie gave in them unneeded introductions, "This is obviously my sister, Kendall and that's Hailey Baldwin. So what're you guys doing here?"

Kendall shrugged and walked over to a chair, taking a seat. Hailey on the other hand made her way to my side of the bar, also nibbling on the cheese. Kendall took off her sunglasses, looking at Kylie, "Mom told me to come see you. She knows you've been drinking, so if you're gonna do it be more discreet."

"That's why I moved out, mom's always up my ass."

Kendall rolled her eyes, watching as Kylie came over to the bar to pour another glass. Clearly and deliberately trying to make Kendall mad but failing, "Listen, I don't care what you do just make sure mom's rage doesn't fall back on me, okay?"
