Justin and I excitedly watched as they cooked his chicken hibachi in front of us. This was the first time I had ever had hibachi and our private seating in the back of the restaurant added to the experience. When the flame on the grill in front of us got bigger we both leaned backing, laughing.

Although Justin was excited to get hibachi for the show I just went with a spicy tuna roll and edamame. My food was minutes from coming and as the flame died down I could see the waitress making her towards us in my peripheral.

She, like everyone else here, was pretty. She was dressed in here uniform but her hair was cut to shoulder length and was a dark grey. Her face was painted perfectly with makeup and I sort of envied how well it still looked after her working. When we had walked in she had instantly recognized Justin and started calling him sir. It was clear to me she was going to try to flirt.

When she made it to where we were sitting, she smiled, "Would you like some refills before your food is ready?"

I nodded, just wanting another water but Justin wanted something else, "What kind of imports do you have here?"

After refilling my drink she quickly got a drink menu for him, then announced that she was going to get our food and then could take his drink. I shook my head at the way she purposefully swayed her hips as she walked and turned back to Justin, "You're going to drink?"

"I might, just one though." He shrugged and finished off his coke.

I chuckled, "If you want to drink, you can. I'm a good driver. I should warn you though Japanese food and alcohol aren't a good mix, been there."

He quickly shook he head, "Nooo, You're not driving my car. Hell no. You tried though." I shrugged in response before our waitress came back to the table with our food. Taking one last look at the menu, Justin ordered a Heineken.

While eating our food, Justin began to ask questions. Ones that I would not expect him to want to know the answers to. Truth was I didn't really going on dates, I dated. I never went through the dating process because it always seemed pointless. Anyone I had ever been in a relationship with had already known what they needed about me.

"You just graduated?" His voice was shocked and when I nodded his eyebrow raised.

I laughed, "That's what this is for, a graduation trip. Trying to figure out what I want to do with the rest of my life. It's crazy 'cause I feel like I was a kid then just went straight into adulthood. I have no one looking over my shoulder anymore, no one telling me the answers or how to do things."

It was true. Of course in college I was independent but I was nowhere ready for adulthood. I couldn't pay a bill, didn't know how to apply for apartments, and everything else that went with being an adult.

"If those are the qualifications for being an adult I'm still not one. Which is cool because management doesn't treat me like one anyway. What'd you study?"

"English and business writing."

For the rest of the dinner the conversations continued. There were a lot of things that I didn't know about Justin and finding them out took the two dimensional Justin I had seen on tv and made him into a three dimensional human.

When we were finally finished the waitress tried at one last attempt to get Justin to notice her by asking for a picture. He quickly agreed but didn't know that that entailed her positioning his hand on her lower back.

As we made our way to the car he shook his head, "That was ridiculous. I don't understand how some people can treat others like that. Like fuck, you were standing right there and not to fucking mention I'm fucking human."

I frowned, "I'm sorry, if it helps I don't really care. From the moment we walked in the door I knew she was going to try something."

Justin silently started the car and laying my hand on top if his on the gear shift I spoke, "Fuck 'em, am I right?" He laughed and shook his head.

The hibachi grill was on Sunset which was a while away from the house, meaning we had a long drive. Through the speakers Justin's phone played music which he quietly sung along to. Behind us a car closely followed him.

"Damn it, I think that's a paparazzi. The windows are tented so we should be good, I can hopefully lose them by the time we get near your place or maybe by then they'll get all there pictures. If not..." He dragged off.

"You can just take me to your place? Then maybe Tessa can come pick me up?"

He shrugged and watched in the rear view mirror. The quick movements of the car made my stomach start to turn and feel uneasy but I kept quiet. The lanes of the highway were filled but traffic was moving at a steady pace. I watched a Justin drove without saying a word and watching behind us.

Before almost passing the exit he swerved over the the right lane, getting off the exit but the car was still following us. The sharp movements of the car made my stomach jerk again and before I could stop it vomit rose in my throat.

"Justin?"

He was whispering as if the paparazzi could hear him as well, "What?"

"I have to throw up, pull over." I quickly unbuckled my seat belt and laid my hand on the door handle.

"Do you really-" Before he could finish I began to gag, causing him to quickly pull over to the side of the road. Hopping out of the passenger seat I quickly began to hurl into the bushes in front of me. Minutes later Justin stood by my side.

Bending down, he started to whisper to me again, "They're still watching, tell me when you're done."

When I finished I stood to my feet, doing my best to move to the car with Justin blocking my view of the car. As he opened my door his name was said, "Justin!"

Three lights flashed causing Justin to quickly shove me into the car, shut my door, and get in on his side. Once fully in, the car holding the paparazzi quickly drove off allowing Justin to lay his head on his steering wheel, "I'm pretty sure they got you."

The redness that filled my face from throwing up minutes before quickly drained taking in what he just said.
