Chapter 11

Evelyn's POV

I wake up the next morning and get out of bed while rubbing my right eye while also keeping my left eye closed, I hopped out of bed and grabbed the clothes I would be needing for today and took a shower. I put on my ninja gear () and checked the time so I made breakfast for me and Kakashi and went to wake him up, "Daddy! Time to get up!" I say through the doorway that I'm leaning against, "Ten more minutes" he mumbled and rolled over in his bed as I smirk and run into the bathroom with a container and fill it up with water and walked back into the room, "Daddy, it's time to get up~" I tell him once again, "Few more minutes" he grumbles. I pour the water on him and he jumps up and out of bed, I fall on the ground, clutching my stomach while I laugh so much that I fail to notice Kakashi looming over me. "Evelyn..." he starts, "Yeah?" I ask through my fit of laughter, "You have about ten seconds to run" he warned me as I got up, pulled my mask to cover my face and pulled my head band down to cover my left eye and ran out the room, into the kitchen and sat down and started eating while reading my book. I hear foot steps coming from the stairs so I finish my breakfast and washed it before flashing into the living room on the couch right as he entered the kitchen. I hear him finish washing his dish and that's when I decide I need to leave, I quietly tip-toe towards the door, "Evelyn!" he yells my name so I turn around slowly, "Yeah dad?" I ask him and he walks up to me, "I won't forget what you did, I'll get you back though" he says in my ear, sending a shiver down my spine but I failed to notice that he already left. "What have I got myself into?" I ask myself quietly and started sprinting towards the Academy so I wouldn't be late, apparently, I was waiting on the others. The first two to arrive are Naruto and Sasuke so all we're waiting on is Sakura to come, "I'm surprised tour the first one to get here Evelyn!" Naruto shouted making me wince, "Well I had to get here since Kakashi-sensei left already...and maybe because I poured water on him to get him up" I mumbled the last part as Sakura arrived. "Sorry if I'm late everyone" she said like she was out of it and that really caught my attention, "Since we're all here, let's go to the testing room" I announce and start walking towards our 'classroom' when I feel a weak genjustu nearby, I finish walking up the steps and see two little boys guarding the 'door' that we're supposed to get in by when I know the little boys chakras. Izumo and Kotetsu. A girl with chestnut brown hair with two buns gets pushed down by them. I walk up and give the girl a hand to get up and she accepts it, once I pull her up, I turn towards them. Izumo, Kotestsu, why are y'all here? Y'all should be working" I state as they rub their necks sheepishly, "Man, Evelyn, your no fun" Kotetsu complained, "I am fun when you don't have this weak genjustu up and pushed down a girl" I tell them with a smirk beneath my mask. "This isn't even the right floor. You had to have noticed this, right Sakura? You are the smartest one in the group, behind Evelyn" Sasuke tells her, "Of course I noticed! This is the second floor when we're supposed to be om the third floor!" she announced as the '3' turned into a '2', "I thought y'all would know your numbers by now but clearly not~" I tease them, making Izumo throw his foot at me and I throw mine but a guy in a green jump suit blocks our feet from meeting. "Hey! What happened to the plan?!" a boy with Hyuuga eyes comes up, I lower my foot and go back to my team, "Ah~ Two beauties~ May I ask for your names?" he asks me and Sakura, "I'm Sakura Haruno" she informs him and turns to me, "None of your damn business" I tell him and start walking away as I feel the Hyuuga staring at me. I turn around to face my team, "Come on, we have to go" I tell them as they nod and start following me when the Hyuuga boy stops us. "The boy with the attitude and the girl with the silver hair, what's your name?" he asks, "It's rude to ask for someone's name when you haven't stated your own" Sasuke tells him, "I'm Neji Hyuuga" he introduced himself, "I'm Sasuke Uchiha" he said then they both looked at me, "Fine. I'm Evelyn Hatake, now if we're done with the introductions, we need to go" I tell them and start walking again. We make our way to a large area that we have to pass by when the guy in the green jump suit stops us. "I, Rock Lee, challenge the Uchiha to a battle!" Lee announces making me growl, "Ah! There are my two beauties!" he yells and starts blowing air kisses at us which I easily dodge along with Sakura, "Here! Have more!" he yells and throws more making me throw a three pronged kunai towards him and flash there, "Look, I don't like you and neither does Sakura so back the fuck off" I tell him with a bit of K.I releasing and I grab my kunai and flash back towards my team. "Sasuke! Let me have this guy!" Naruto yells

"Go right on ahead" Sasuke responds calmly as Naruto charges at Lee only...to get taken out in five seconds. I sigh as Sasuke then battles him when Lee starts to take off the wraps on his hand, a turtle appears and yells at him. I sweat-drop as an older version of Lee appears and his name is Guy-sensei. He looks towards me and narrows his eyes, "You.You look like my rival. Are you the daughter of Kakashi Hatake?" he asks me, "Yes now leave me alone" I order him as he throws a kunai at me while I'm walking which I easily catch with two fingers and throw it back at him while he rambles on, "Huh, did you say something?" I ask him with a hand in my pocket, "You even act like him, I challenge you to a battle!" he yells at me. "Do you not understand the words, 'Leave me alone'? We're busy so stay the fuck away from me and my team. Bye" I state and start walking towards the classroom doors where Kakashi was standing, "What's up with you?" he asks me, "Ask your so called annoying rival that tried to slice my head off with a kunai knife" I tell him and lean against the wall. "Okay...so Evelyn already knows but y'all do not, Evelyn will be going in on her own since their can only be teams of three, she agreed on this. I'm very proud of all of you, give it your best shot and I wish you all good luck" he says with a closed eye smile as we all nod and open the door, it was filled with genin from everywhere, I went and leaned against the wall, not getting bothered by anything. "Hey, so it looks like the Rookie 10 is back together again" the dog loving boy named Kiba said as Akamaru barks in agreement, I watch from where I was and saw Ino jump on Sasuke's back, much to his annoyance, "Evelyn! How have ya been?" Kiba asks, "I've been doing fine, a lot better since my last mission" I tell him as he wraps an arm around my shoulder, "Well that's good to hear. Last time we saw ya, you were out cold" he informs me as I roll my eyes, "Yeah yeah, anyways, how have you been?" I ask him, "Better than you, I can tell ya that~" he teases which lead to a light smack on the shoulder. "Sure sure, this is such a drag. I gotta go in alone" I grumble, he laughs at this but stays in the same position. "Well, that just means that we're gonna beat you easily" he exclaims making me smirk beneath my mask, "Sure you will~" I say with my voice dripping with sarcasm. "Hey, sorry to interrupt your little reunion but you might wanna keep it down" a boy with silver hair and glasses say, 'Smells like a fuckin snake' I think as he comes towards the rest of the rookies, "Sorry about that, but who may you be?" Sakura asks, "I'm Kabuto Yakushi, y'all are fresh out of the Academy so I recommend that you keep your noise down" he tells us again, "You must be an expert if you know a lot about this!" Naruto says being the loud mouth he is, "If he's taken these exams more than 2 times then I wouldn't call him an expert Naruto" I tell him as he narrows his eyes at me for a quick second but then smiles a sickly smile, now it was my turn to narrow my eyes at him. I don't trust this guy one bit. "If you want, I can help you out with my trusty ninja info cards" he offers as Sasuke steps forward.

"Can you find out Gaara of the Sand, Rock Le of the Leaf and..." he then looks at me, "And Evelyn Hatake of the Leaf" he asks and pulls out three cards.

"Okay, first one is Gaara of the Sand-(his information) Yet every mission, he came out with out a scratch

"Next, Rock Lee of the Leaf-(his information)" he informs Sasuke

"Last but not least, Evelyn Hatake of the Leaf. She has went on 14 D-rank mission, 14 C-rank missions, 8 B-rank missions and 2 A-rank missions. Her team mates are Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno, Naruto Uzumaki and her sensei is Kakashi Hatake who is also her dad. She has Wind, Lightning and Water chakra natures. That's all it says" he states with a hint of surprise in his voice as I lean against the wall, I open my eye to see everyone staring at me. "What?" I ask them, "How can you do C-rank missions and above?!" they all yell making me wince from the loudness, "First of all. Lower your voices. How I did them was I went with Kakashi-sensei before I joined a team..." I tell them and close my eye again, I feel someone's hands on my shoulders and then they start shaking me, "What was it like? Did you get badly injured? How could Kakashi-sensei do that?!" I hear Naruto ask too many questions while I feel myself get dizzy. He finally let's me go as I place a hand on the wall to keep myself balanced until my vision stays focused.

"Was it really necessary to shake me for so long?" I ask Naruto in an un-stable voice from the dizziness, "Yeah, sorry about that. But seriously, I want answers" he tells me, "I'll tell you them when I regain my fuckin balance you baka." I tell him and shake my head a little bit to focus again, "Okay, it was difficult going on those missions and I did come back heavily injured sometimes but not all of the time so calm the fuck down..."
