Bilang PA ng isang Montereal kailangan kong magpa gitang gilas. Kumbaga I have to prove myself that I'm great at this work.

Andito ako sa office ni Trace, I have my own table inside. My table  was put in the left side of the office.

It's been a month already since I worked here. At first, pinagbabantaan nila ako nang tingin dahil siguro akala nila naghahabol din ako sa amo ko but when I shown to them that I'm not interested with my boss, nagiging kampante sila. They don't see me as a threat anymore.

Ang dami kong ngang trabaho this past days eh.

I need to rest for a few minutes'.

"Trace, mind if go out for some coffee?"

"Coffee? In the middle of the day?"

"Yeah. What's wrong with it? Besides I'm sleepy. I wasn't able to sleep well last night."

Right. We talked as if we're just friends. It's been a while already. I think its after a week when he talked to me and said 'don't talk with much formality and proper. Just make it casual'.

"Sure. Go grab some." He smiled.

Yeah. He already smiles a lot. I told him to loosen up and smile. I can't help but smile when I remember it.

        <<flashback>>

"Trace, stop doing it."

"What?"

"Stop scaring your employees my ghad. I said laughing, a bet exaggerated. " I know that you have to put a gap or wall so that they will respect you, your appearance already shouts authority, just give least of it. It won't hurt. It's better for them to work knowing they have a great CEO, you know. Being strict is a must but you'll get them stressed with your strictness. Loosen up. "

He just looked at me. No, not look. It's a stare. A cold stare digging my soul clarifying what I just said. I felt like someone spill and throw me some cold water when I realize what I just did. "I'm sorry. I-i'm sorry trace. I didn't meant to offend you. I'm sorry, I have no right to ask you what to do."
