First NYC Party

"What's taking her so long?" I asked getting worried. "It's been an hour since her plane arrived. She should have been out those doors a long time ago." I said to Chris. We were currently waiting outside the doors where the people who arrive come out from. We've watched men, women, and children exit those doors yet we haven't seen Lesly. Maybe she passed by already and we didn't see her... Nah. I turned around and faced Chris making him drop his hold on me from my waist.

"She'll show up." Chris said as if it were nothing. I gave him a look saying that he should be worried and not calm about it. It's his sister.

"What if something happened to her?" I asked him starting to worry even more.

"Nothing's happened to her. She's probably arguing with someone." Chris said putting his hands on my shoulders. I sighed, he's probably right. She does have a habit to get herself into trouble.

"Who do you think she's arguing with?" I asked him with an amused smile growing on my face. I pictured Lesly arguing with someone, probably a middle aged lady who's grumpy or with someone who works here.

"Hard to say, she loves to pick fights with anyone." Chris chuckled in thought. "But my guesses are, either a little kid, a lady, or an employee." Chris said. I smiled.

"I thought of those too, except for the little kid one. I don't think she would fight with a little kid." I giggled while Chris chuckled.

"You'd be surprised love." He replied.

"Really?" I jumped at Lesly's voice while Chris just turned sideways to look at her. "You guys are trying to guess who I was arguing with?" Lesly asked glaring at us. I smiled sheepishly at her. "I feel very welcomed." She said sarcastically, rolling her eyes. "I mean, from him," Lesly said pointing to Chris, "I can expect it from, but from you," she then points at me, "that hurts." She finished with a pout. "Anyways, who said I got in a fight with someone? What little faith you guys have in me." She said with fake hurt. I smirked. She so got in an argument with someone.

"With who?" Chris asked smirking a bit. Lesly glared at him.

"In my defense -" she started, making us laugh, "you guys are intolerable." She said huffing and picking up one of her many luggage bags. I groaned.

"You have way too many clothes." I said picking up a bag as well leaving Chris the last two which happened to be the biggest. She must pay a lot to have these extra bags.

"So who'd you argue with munchkin?" Chris asked.

"Seriously?" She asked putting her hands up and looking up at the ceiling. "Why can't you greet me like a normal loving brother would?" She asked him. Chris rolled his eyes.

"Welcome home Munchkin." Chris said giving her a hug.

"Whatever I'll take it. Now can I get a welcoming hug from my future sister in law?" She asked making me blush, but I rolled my eyes and gave her a welcoming hug. "Oh and I am dying to see your prom dress - of course when Chris is not around." She whispered into my ear when we were hugging. I chuckled and nodded.

"Welcome back." I said.

"Ok let's go." Chris said, he had already picked up the bags and started walking. After a while of walking Chris spoke. "So who'd you argue with and why?" Chris asked out of nowhere. I looked at Lesly curiously, wanting to know. She groaned.

"I don't get in a fight with people on purpose. They pick a fight with me. There must be a prophecy written that every time I go on a flight, someone has to get into an argument with me. But I guess the whole arguing thing fits because I am going to be a lawyer so it's kind of pract-"
