Hello, I will make it short and fast, halloween is coming soon especially for us Czech citizens... Here is a tutorial really easy and quick.
You'll need:
Glue gun (hot glue)
Mat (platic one or silicone best)
Start with a big blob and a line to another big blob, it should fit roughly around your neck.
