"He's planning something, I know! Iyang pananahimik ng hayop na 'yon ay may pinaplano siya!"

"Calm down, Janica!"

"How?! Paano ako kakalma kung alam nating pareho na mawawala sa atin ang lahat! Hindi ako nagtiis ng maraming taon para lang dumating ang oras na iyon!"

"The reason why I'm doing everything I can to save us!"

"But that's not enough! Try harder, Mond!"

I was about to pass the library's door when I heard my parent shouting and arguing about something. This is so new, them being here since yesterday and arguing about thing I couldn't understand even I stood here all day ang listen. They sounds so problematic... Maybe business? Nalulugi na ba sila? Kulang na lang ay magmura sila ng malutong. I shrugged and continue walking away from the door.

Nakasalubong ko si kuya sa hagdan, kakamot kamot pa sa ulo tapos ay humihikab. Pataas siya habang pababa naman ako at bihis na papasok. Magulo at wala sa huwisyo ang itsura niya, he looks like he just woken up from the wrong side of his bed but at the same time he doesn't look like he had some sleep. I notice the violet parts of his face and there's also small cuts on the side of his lips. Did he met his best buddy on his way home? Street fight?

"I'm going," paalam ko at nilampasan na siya

Hindi na rin ako kumain ng umagahan dahil wala naman akong kasabay. Nagpahatid sa driver namin dahil mukhang hindi naman palabas ng bahay ang mag-asawa para maayos ang problemang pinag-aawayan nila kanina. I thanked the driver when he dropped me in front of our school. Mabilis namang nawala sa paningin ko ang sasakyan dahil nakareceive ito ng tawag at pinababalik na kaagad pagkahatid sa akin. I nod and smiled at the guard, I greeted him good morning before I walked passed to him.

The school ground is really busy today, most of the students are starting to build their booths now for the upcoming anniversary of our school. While my section will only plan today 'cause our president was been busy the past days for I don't know reasons. I'm all ears listening to my classmates suggesting what their want for our booth but we're a bit late so its really hard to think for a unique one. It's kinda boring today.

Nilingon ko si Laurence at antok na antok na ito. Some bruises are still visible pero hindi na sobrang halata kung hindi mo tititigan.

And after hours and hours of suggesting and waiting, finally we are decided now. A music booth for our section.

"Hmm, si Cassie na lang. She knows how my mind works."

Really, huh?

My hell of a days started there. After Ren suggesting that booth, iiwan niya naman sa akin. Of course I know how her mind works! I am her best friend after all.

"So... ganito na ito?" I nod at our president, bukas ng umaga ay sisimulan na namin ang pagsiset up ng mini stage dahil tapos na ang plano ngayon.

"Yup!"

Tuwing pagkakatapos ng lunch break ay nawawala si Ren at talagang ako na nga ang iniwan niyang mag-isa ditong magplano. I'm not mad at her, I'm even thankful to her kasi nakakawala ako sa bahay namin at sa magulang ko na wala ng ginawa kung hindi ang magkulong sa library at tanungin ako tungkol sa mga taong nakapaligid sa akin. I'm answering them politely pero paulit ulit na lang ang tanong nila, nakakasawa na.

They are my parents, yes, it's normal for them asked how was my days. How did I spent my days. That's how normal parents do, talk with their children. Normal and my parents are far from being one... they aren't normal.

"Is there someone from your classmates asked you about us? Business?" I almost roll my eyes. Here we go again.

"Mom, for the nth time, there is none. No one came and asked me how was our business."
