Nora's/Elisa's POV

"We still have no idea where  she is, Carl." She says as she gets into her car and drives off.

"Enjoy your luxury while it lasts best friend" I smirk.

That stupid sister of hers doesn't know how to control her mouth.
I feel like killing her already.

"So what will you do about the girl?" Nessa asks.

"It's high time I sent a message to the real catch. She's just the bait"

......

Aria's POV

"Yeah, Brown hair and hazel eyes... petite lady"

"There are so many ladies that fit that description ma'am"

"Okay...I'll look for a picture of her" I deleted all her pictures when we fell out.

After searching through social media, I sent her picture to my private investigator.

I was just about to lay on my bed, when I found a piece of paper, tied to a stone on my window seal.
I quickly unraveling it, to see the content

'If you want her alive, don't involve the police'

"Lawson! Mark!" I yell.

Soon after, they barge into the room.
"What happened?"Lawson asks

"Are you okay?" Mark asks.

With trembling hands, I hand over the letter.

Immediately they read it, their faces morph into an angry scowl.

"The wretch!" Lawson growls

"What do we do?"  I ask

"We'll think of something." Mark says.

"But how did they get in here?" I ask.

"That's exactly what I'm wondering. Mark? Why the fuck is your house easily accessible?"

"I don't know how that person, whoever it is, got in here! I'll check the CCTV footage"

"You better do" Lawson  glares at him before storming out.

~~~~~~
It's been two days and we haven't received anymore letters or anything.
Not even a ransom request.
Mark couldn't get any evidence that someone had broken in.
My phone rings. I quickly pick it up.
A Private Number.
"Hello?"
"Aria Belleville..right?" A voice, which for the life if me, I couldn't decipher if it was a lady or guy.
I quickly tap on  record.
"Yes. Who am I speaking with?"
"That's not important. Listen here, I'll give you an address. Come there. Alone. By that I mean no police, no siblings. Only you"
"Wait...why only me....who is behind this?-"
"Will you shut the fuck up and follow instructions?! It wouldn't be hard for us to kill this young girl, y'know"
"Okay...I'm sorry...the address please?"
She gives me the address and I quickly write it down.
"Go there, by 10pm tonight, if you're tough enough, you can keep your sister safe, but I ain't guaranteeing you anything. If you try to play smart, prepare for your sister's funeral"
