After climbing back up the cliff to the caravan, the guys are officially exhausted. But Rapunzel is still so furious, she doesn't care how tired she is.

"Can you believe that?!" She shouts. "And after we helped her find Vigor when Red and Angry monkey-napped him! Honestly! Really? A curse?! Ugh! The whole thing is just absurd!"

"Uh, I don't know if I'd blow it off so quick," Hook Foot says nervously.

"You've got to be kidding me..." Varian remarks.

Hook Foot glares at him, but continues on. "A few years ago, Big Nose ticked off a shaman and got himself cursed."

"Really? What happened?" Rapunzel asks.

"I don't want to get into details," Hook Foot replies, "but before that day... we just called him 'Nose'."

"Hmm..." Rapunzel says, pondering this.

Varian shakes his head, and Eugene pinches the bridge of his nose. "Guys, there are no such thing as curses!" Eugene shouts.

"You know what? I agree," Rapunzel says.

"Wait... you do?" Varian asks, genuinely surprised.

"Yep, I don't believe in bad luck curses," Rapunzel says. "The world is full of things you can't explain."

"She's right," Eugene adds. "Where does wind come from? Why are mimes so creepy? Why is 'Peggy' short for Margaret? Who knows, really?"

"Well, I can answer at least one of those..." Varian begins.

"Unh-unh, I didn't ask," Eugene says.

Varian stares blankly. "But... you kinda did."

     Eugene sighs

Eugene sighs. "Okay, I didn't ask you. My point is, just because you can't explain it, doesn't mean that it's sorcery."

"Precisely," Rapunzel says. "Now come on, let's get back to camp and have a nice, warm dinner before we—" Before she finishes her sentence, she almost steps in a large mud puddle. She pauses just before her foot hits the water. "Ah! See? If I were cursed, I would have stepped right into that mud puddle." She hops over the puddle with ease and continues to walk. "Madame Canardist is just trying to get into my—" Not paying attention to where she's going, she falls into another mud puddle... up to her waist. "—head..." She finishes weakly, as the guys help pull her out.

Later on, as Cassandra directs the horses pulling the caravan, a storm rolls in. The rain pours and the lightning strikes, but they still continue on.

Inside the caravan, a whimpering Lance asks Rapunzel, "So, you really believe that you're... cursed?" He can barely squeak the word out.

"Well..." Rapunzel says, beginning to rethink things.

"Oh, come on, sweetheart. Curses aren't real!" Eugene repeats for the millionth time.
