Chapter 76-Emery

"So hows London"Lucas asks me on the phone we have been talking on the phone for ages now "it's good but we haven't really looked around just spending time with my nana"

"How is she doing"he asks and than yawns through the phone

"Not so good...Lucas please go asleep it's late back there"

"I want to talk to you on the phone I miss you"

"I miss you to but you need to sleep"I tell him "fine but I'll call you in the morning night Emery"

"Night Lucas"I say and hang up the phone I walk out of the room and I can here crying down stairs I quietly walk down the stairs and than I hear my dad "she's gone Tess my mum"he cries what no she can't be dead

I quickly hurry down the stairs and my mom and dad turn to me I walk straight past them into my nanas room and there she is laying on the bed lifeless she looks like she is sleeping than I feel the tears fall down my face "I love you"I whisper kissing her head I stay in there about 10 minutes before the ambulance man come and I walk back out of the room

"Hunny are you ok"my mom asks and I shake my head no and she pulls me into her arms I can't even get any words out "it's ok"she strokes my hair "where's dad"I look up at her "he went out the back for air"

I get up and walk out the back my dad is standing on the decking "hey"I say "hey princess"he says wiping his eyes putting his arms around my shoulder as he looks out the back yard "what's going to happen"I ask him "what do you mean"

"With nana like what happens now"I shrug my shoulders

"Well....em I haven't really thought about it I guess a funeral"

"Does she have any other family besides us"I ask him "no it was only me and her my grandmother died young she had a couple of close Freud s that's probably the closet"

"Oh"no one around me he ever died so this is a new experience that I never thought I would grow through "will you plan it"

"I'll let your mum do that"he try's to smile but it doesn't work out "Dad do you need a hug"

"No I'm fine"

"Are you sure remember you used to always ask me that when I was upset or scared when I was younger"

"I do you used to love it"

"Daddy"I cry tapping his shoulder  "what's wrong princess"he slowly opens his eyes "I...I had a bad dream"I try catch my breathe "can I sleep with you"I wipe my eyes

"What happened baby"he lifts me up onto the bed usually mommy is here but she is gone down town for the night for work

"In my dream my teddy mr cuddles came to life and tried to kill me"

"He tried to kill me"

"Yes it was so scary"

"Do you need a hug"he ask me and I nod and he wraps his arms around me there so long daddy is really tall  "I don't want that stupid teddy anymore"I pull back crossing my arms and he lets out a small laugh

"But you love him"

"Oh no I don't"I shake my head "he tried to kill me"

"Well he did do that but  we will talk to him tomorrow"he kisses my head and pulls the covers over us "but dad he is a teddy bear we can't talk to him"

"Oh silly me how could I forgot how about you get some sleep ok princess"

"I love you dad"I tell him wrapping my arms around him and I feel a drop of water on my head I look up and he is crying I don't say anything I just continue to hug him and let him cry because I know the next few days will be hard ........
