Sk8 fandom Rant

Heyyy so I was just talking to myself, yknow, as usual. Who doesn't talk to themselves outloud constantly?

So I was talking to myself and decided to look at all the new sk8 the infinity fanfics being written on here because we all know that sk8 the infinity is growing in popularity and I enjoy promoting small creators by reading all their books and voting on them. 

Tell me why there is so many Miya x oc fanfics 😀, it's actually terrifying to me. 

Not to mention some of them have the mature flag on them...

I apologize in advance if this is your story I'm about to call out, but I saw this one fic called, "Miya x Y/k smut 13+" 

CHILE WHAT 😀😀? Last time I checked, Miya is only 13 years old, and the Wattpad guidelines say they don't allow sex between people under the ages of 16 in stories because that's literal child p*rnography.......

And I understand that it's animation and not real, but seriously it's still so bad. Why would you want to write that about a child anyways??? 

Please let's try to avoid making the sk8 infinity fandom as toxic as the Mha fandom when it comes to sexualizing children. Writing cute fanfictions about them is completely fine, just don't make them have sex without aging them up I-

It's not that hard to age them up...

And with Reki and Langa, I don't think it's right to sexualize them either (or anyone, doesnt matter who they are or how old). But they're both 17 and the age of consent in most places is 16 (I live in the US, and in some states it's 16 and some 18) so I'm a little less concerned about people writing smut about them lmao. Mostly just the Miya stuff 💀💀

Now, what have we learned today kids 😁? Don't be a weirdo on the internet.
