POV Tantri

It's been three weeks since I worked as mevrouw Sofia's bodyguard and to be honest, working as her personal bodyguard wasn't so bad. She is not a master who burdens me with too much work as her bodyguard.

On the first day I worked, when I wanted to cook food for her or was cleaning this magnificent house she told me that I don't have to clean the house or cook for her if I didn't want to do it because for her my job was to be her bodyguard and not her servant but even though she had said it's still inappropriate for me if I just sit around and do nothing in this magnificent house while her parents give me a fairly large amount of wages just to look after her so in the end I also work as her maid.

However, although I already tried to do my activities to look after her house alone, she often helps me clean the house or cook food. I thought mevrouw Sofia was someone who was reluctant to do these activities but it turned out I was wrong, and what surprised me even more was, every time I ate, she always asked me to eat at the dining table with her, something that for me is not normal for a royal to do.

I have to admit, her parents and the late mr. Wisnu raised her to be a lady who was elegant, friendly and humble. No wonder people like her but, although she is a person who looks friendly and elegant, I also see another side of her, a side of her that is fragile and filled with sadness.

At the first night in the first week I worked here, she asked me to be taught on how to read the Quran properly and how to read the prayers when doing my worship and to make prayers after my worship, especially on how reading the prayers for the dead because she wanted to pray for the late mr. Wisnu to be protected by Allah from the torment of the grave and torment of the fire of hell and to ask for Allah so that mr. Wisnu received His permission to enter Paradise and become one of its inhabitants.

I'm not an Arabic language expert but I taught her as best as I could and after she became a bit more proficient at saying prayers in Arabic and reading the Quran, I always heard faint sobs coming from her bedroom at night prayer time. I think she really loved the late mr. Wisnu and missed him just as much as me who still can't completely buried off the sadness that I feel over my father's death.

The days went by, and when Monday night at the third week had arrived, while waiting for mevrouw Sofia to come out of her room, I fiddled with my smartphone, reading several news articles that were going viral until, my eyes fell on an article that had the title "All college students in various cities in the Verenigde Staten van Indonesië will hold large demonstrations to demand that the prime minister, Willem van Huizen, resign from his position.".

I read the news and saw that one of the university that the students would join in the demonstration were students from the University of Sucilangkung, the place where my master study to be a medical doctor.

I immediately contacted Reiss and some of my other friends who are still working in the police force institution but have the same side with me. I asked them all about what kind of security forces will be deployed during the demonstration and where will those security forces are stationed in this city.

A few moments later, I received answers from my friends regarding where will the security forces were stationed and the type of security force that will be deployed. According to the rumors that my friends got, the security forces that will be deployed to secure the demonstration are the SSE unit besides the Schutterij force.

I who read the message that they sent was stunned when my eyes read that name. I never thought that the government, which is still mostly controlled by the Neo-NSB party members, would go this far to fight the people who want to overthrow them in order to fulfill their ambition to maintain their power.
