POV Tantri

Finally, after a month has passed since Lodewijk and I gave our findings regarding the involvement of the owner of the LVDC & Telecom, B.V. company whose name is Pieter Cornelis de Graeff to FIOD and TCI, both of us and sinjo Karim and mevrouw Sofia with both of their families were asked to attend court hearing to try the crimes committed by heer Pieter Cornelis de Graeff to the people of the Verenigde Staaten van Indonesië.

Unfortunately, exactly twenty days before the trial began, the two terrorists who were detained by the police who were supposed to be key witnesses of this trial died because they swallowed Cyanide poison pills that were smuggled into the prison. As to how those Cyanide pills got smuggled into the prison until those pills reached their hands, I don't know myself but, it seems that our enemies are really united in their efforts to cover up their crimes.

For now, the only hope that heer Pieter Cornelis de Graeff will be sentenced to imprisonment is if the judge who will try this case in court feels that the evidence we have is sufficient to incriminate heer Pieter Cornelis de Graeff so that the judge will give him the punishment that he deserved.

When the next day arrived, I, Lodewijk along with both of sinjo Karim and mevrouw Sofia's family came to the district court building in the city of Sucilangkung to give our testimony at the trial against heer Pieter Cornelis de Graeff.

When we arrived at the door of the courthouse and got out of the car that we used, I saw many reporters who were already standing and waiting for our arrival started to swarm us, trying to approach us and asking us various questions, making it difficult for the police personels who were assigned to guard the entrance of the courthouse to hold the journalists who were swarming us.

We all ignored the questions they asked us and immediately entered the court building, walked towards the courtroom and sat on the courtroom bench which was located in the middle of the front of the courtroom.

We arrived an hour early so we had to wait until the scheduled trial time arrived. As fifteen minutes passed, I saw heer Vinno Diederik de Graeff along with someone who appeared to be his father and his personal servant entered the courtroom.

Our eyes met with him as he slightly turned his face and glanced cynically at us while his father's eyes remained focused looking forward as if trying to pretend we weren't exist in this room and instantly, my skin felt the temperature in this courtroom rise as if telling me that I should be on alert because our battle with them is about to begin.

Half an hour passed, all the seats reserved for the audience in the courtroom were filled then, the figure of the presiding judge along with the member judges walked inside. All attendees of the trial were asked to stand up by the clerk.

"On Monday, 10th November 2025, the trial of a criminal case, the people of the State of West Java against the defendant Pieter Cornelis de Graeff are ready to begin. The panel of judges will enter the courtroom, all please, stand up!"

We all stood up then the panel of judges with the prosecutor entered the courtroom and sat in their respective chairs, after they sat down, we were all asked to sit down by the clerk.

"All, please sit back!" said the clerk loudly, we all sat back down.

The presiding judge of the trial this time is a man named Lukman Baswedan. The names of the other two judges are Artidjo Alkostar and Parman Soeparman while the prosecutor is a Dutchman named Stijn Ismail Ledegen. From his name, it seems that he is a Muslim. As to whether he is a convert or a Muslim since birth I don't know but, if he is a Muslim I hope he really is a steadfast Muslim and not a hypocrite.
