"hey what's your name" some random dude says coming up to you at a party

"my names y/n what's yours"

you continue to talk to each other for a few more minutes

"you're very pretty by the way"

you look around uncomfortably and suddenly you're boyfriend comes up to both of you

"oh she knows she's very pretty i tell her everyday" Mitchel says

"and who are you" the boy asks

"i'm Mitchel, y/n's boyfriend im sure she told you about me"

"actually she didn't"

"interesting well we'll be going now"

mitchel glares at you and grabs your arm dragging you away and out of the party

"mitchel get off" you say pushing him away

"oh what are you going to do go flirt with some more boys"

"i wasn't flirting! we were just talking"

"like i believe you! you always are flirting when we're out and i'm not around"

"that's not true! you know i would not do that. i love you"

"yeah i'm sure let's go home" he rolls his eyes and you go in your car to get home

when you get home you walk in and mitchel says nothing to you

"i'm sorry? i don't know what to say i was just talking to him!"

"i don't care y/n just leave me alone"

"but babe!"

he slams your bedroom door and you start to cry at the kitchen table

after a little bit Mitchel leaves the room and walks over to you

"can we talk?" he says to you rubbing your back and you nod

"i'm so sorry for how i reacted. i was just jealous and scared seeing you with some other guy."

"i just don't understand why you didn't believe me when i said i wasnt flirting in the beginning. I would never flirt with someone else or cheat on you!"

"i don't know and I'm sorry. I just love you so much that I just never want even the thought of losing you to someone new"

"well i promise you you never will"

"of course not. i'm actually happy you got me away that guy was scaring me."
