Skylar was a teenage girl growing up in a chaotic and unsupportive family. She was often stressed and wanted to find an escape from her daily problems.
In school, Skylar found a friend in Doctor Rage, a larger-than-life figure who everyone around them looked up to and who had a penchant for stirring up trouble. Together they formed a bond and a two-man gang of sorts that gave them both an outlet for their teenage angst. They often found themselves picking on David, one of the quieter boys in school.
However, one day everything went wrong. David had had enough and finally snapped. In a fit of rage, he found a gun and shot Skylar straight in the head.
The news shocked the townsfolk and the entire school. Skylar's family was devasteted and Doctor Rage was inconsolable. He thought, over and over again, that if he had just been kinder to David, then Skylar might still be alive.
The police tried to catch David, but he got away by hiding in an unkown place.
