Chapter 13: Damaged Bonds

Y/N POV

Currently I was sitting on my desk as I saw how Cindy sat on the desk that was besides mine.

"Are you sure you are going to be alright? You look like you are about to fall asleep" She asked with concern as she put her backpack on the floor.

"Yeah well" I said putting my head on the desk as I closed my eyes "I might as well get some sleep"

Suddenly I heard someone else sitting on the desk that was in front of me, so I opened my eyes and couldn't help but let out a smile.

"Again? You don't have a bed at home?" Said Flash as he offered me a fist bump, which of course I accepted.

"Nah, more like I slept with your mom all day" I said, smirking.

In the past Flash might have thrown a jab at me and we would start a fight in the middle of the classroom.

But now he just smirked at my remark.

"Well, she is a bitch so I should have seen it coming" he said before sitting on what was now his desk.

"But it's more like I don't have a place to call a home anymore..."

As those thoughts invade my mind, I immediately lift up my head looking at the board.

Now I remember, I can't fall asleep...

If I sleep even for a minute then I would get another nightmare, I have to keep my mind busy.

One moment of peace... That's all I ask...

From the corner of my eye I could see Cindy looking at me confused, it was the same with Flash as he looked at me with a raised eyebrow.

"What the hell is up with that?" Asked Flash

"What?"

"The hell you mean what? You lifted your body like something just went through your ass" He said and immediately turned to look at Cindy "Not personal experience by the way"

Immediately the smirk of the girl who was ready to tease Flash vanished "Tch..." and she couldn't help but frown in disappointment at the missed opportunity.

"I just don't want to miss the class, that's all" I said as I rubbed my eyes.

"You said that you were gonna get some sleep though?" Asked Cindy, catching me off guard.

"Yeah well... I lied" I said to her, and Cindy frowned, concerned about me.

Why are you concerned about a monster who killed all his family?

The thoughts were hitting me once again as Cindy looked at me concerned, but this time I couldn't do anything to stop it, the only thing I could do was hope for Cindy to stop staring at me.

It was Flash question that pulled me out of my thoughts...

"You two fucking?"

Never said it was a good question.

"What?" Asked Cindy with a blush on her face as the question caught her off guard, and as much as I wanted to suppress it, I couldn't help but blush too.

It didn't help that the other voice in my head talked too.

"I mean, she is not the MILF, but I approve"

For fuck sake...

"What do you mean 'What?" Continued Flash speaking to Cindy "You are the one who's giving him the 'Fuck me' eyes"

"I am not giving him the 'Fuck me' ey- What are those anyway?!" Everytime that Flash kept talking Cindy blushed even more in embarrassment.
