"I want to talk about something," Quan said
"Okay, what is it? "
"Madison back," He said looking at her.
She stops eating her fruit looking at him.
"Look. You know how I feel about you that's why I'm having this conversation"
"So what are you trying to say, Quan? Cause I know how you were about her and how you felt when she left"
"Danny I know you were there ever since and I love you for that. I ain't saying I'm gone leave you to be with her, cause that ain't my attention"
"Just don't start lying to me. " Danny said getting up and about to walk away feeling some type of way.
Quan grabs her arms. "Come here. Ain't on that and I ain't gone leave you for her. Just need answers" he said
"And I'm gone trust you" Danny said moving his hand going into the room. Quan shakes his head. He wasn't in love with Danny but he did love her.
3 weeks later.
Raven wanted to have a girl's night. Marco has been ignoring her for weeks now not coming to see her or his son. (Pride in the way) But today decided to come give Raven a break sending her a text saying have him ready. There was a knock at the door. She opens it seeing Marco in his suit. He ain't say nothing just stood here. She walks away grabs him and his diaper bag walks back to the door handing him over "Sup daddy's boy" he said smiling and about to walk away.
"Nothing to say"
"Nah!" he said walking to the car while she stood there in the doorway. Her feelings were starting to get in the way. He hasn't said shit since her office. He looks at her getting in the car. The girls pulled up getting out and seeing Marco.
"You okay? " Eve said seeing her still looking at him backing up.
"Umhum," she said lying.
They all walk into the house going into the kitchen. They brought some food and drinks.
"So Madison back"
"Who Madison? " Naomi said
"Marco's twin sister. Which is Quan's first lover" Danny said taking the food out of the bag.
"Wait. he have a sister? " Naomi asked
"Yup." Eve said "She ran away. Nobody heard from her since"
"Funny y'all never said anything," Raven said
"If I'm being honest. I forgot all about her" Eve said laughing
"Well she works for me now as an assistant," Raven said "And she's cool. I like her"
Danny ain't say anything she was still feeling some type of way.
"What's wrong Danny?" Eve asked
"Quan said he wants answers from her about why she left. And to me, it seems like there's more to that. I don't know, can't put my finger on it "
"Has he talked to her?" Raven asked
"I don't know. But he did make it clear that he's not gone leave me for her. But the way he felt about that girl.
"Yeah she was his everything," Eve said
"Yup. So I don't know" Danny said "Guess I wait and see huh?"
"Not Necessarily. He needs to see and get that shit over with if it's making you feel like this" Raven said
