17 - Night ride

DEV SINGH RATHORE:

I came home in 11 pm as had lots and lots of work to do, but I can't break the promise I made to my wife. I know she haven't had dinner without me.

I walked towards our room. She must be in balcony; I went to balcony OfCourse she is there.

"Come on Rudra, you get change then we'll leave. Okay?" I asked while placing a dress bag on her hand.

"What is this Dev?" Asked Rudra.

"We are going in a bike. So, I thought of buy some casual outfit. Here, now go and get changed we are getting late." I said and she went to closet. So, I went to change in bathroom.

I was waiting for Rudra while scrolling my phone. The closet door open, she was breathtaking in this outfit.

Now, we are in twinning.

"Come Rudra, let's go." I said and took her hand in my hand, we walked towards the entrance.

Her expression was priceless when she saw the Bike.

"Come, jaan." I said and settled in the bike and passed a helmet to Rudra.

She settled behind me and I took her hand and placed it around my waist.

"Rudra, hold tightly." I said and Started bike.

I saw her through the mirror, she was enjoying the night view of Udaipur. When chill wind hit her face, she looks like fresh rose blooms in a winter. We halted on the Ice cream parlor, My bodyguards were protecting us in Far away from us.

"Wait here and I'll get you ice-cream." I said and without asking her flavor she was about say but before she could I left.

"Here your vanilla with chocolate ice-cream." I said.

"How do you know that I like this flavor, Dev?" Said Rudra.

"That's secret. Now have your ice-cream." I said.

"Where is your ice-cream?" Rudra asked.

"I don't like ice-cream. you eat." I said.

Suddenly she forwarded spoon of ice-cream to me. OfCourse I was surprised but I gladly had ice- cream she feed. And you know what surprised me the most is she use spoon I use.

Awwwww I'm in cloud nine. She even feed some more bite of the ice-cream. 

"Dev are we going home now?" Asked Rudra and I shook my head in negative.

"I'll take you to somewhere, Come let's move on." I said. We went to lake which glows in a moon light.

She was mesmerized by the view.

"Dev, this looks like a heaven." Said Rudra. I took her hand in mine and sat on the stairs of lake with her.

"I love this place Dev.," said Rudra.

"I know you will love this." I said and to my surprise she put her head on my shoulder. If this would happen means I'll take her out daily.

We sat there for a while. I don't want this moment to end, there was a comfortable silent between us.

"Rudra, shall we leave?" I asked as she looks sleepy and nodded, we walked to bike. Suddenly she holds my wrist.

"Dev, shall I drive?" Yeah, OfCourse I also stunned that she knows to ride bike.

"Jaan, you know how to ride bike? " I asked.

"Don't be afraid Dev. I know how to ride bike and I have license." Said Rudra.

"I will never be afraid to be with you." I took a pause, "And I always believe you." I said.

She smiled and nodded, She sat on the bike and I settle behind her.

Awwwwww

She ride the bike in a high speed and I never ever thought that she ride bike like a pro rider.
