Today was the day Josh was coming home to meet my parents, and when we get back he is taking me to meet his Mum and Dad. I was excited since we haven't seen as much of each other as before because I'm at work and I'm doing loads of business work as I have interests in entrepreneurship and Starbucks is not a job I want to have forever. As for Josh he has Youtube and it's going really good at the moment he's getting more subscribers and views so he's trying to get videos out whilst it lasts, I don't mind because if I'm there he'll want to stay up and talk with me and I want him to get sleep. I grabbed my mini suitcase and started putting my clothes in there, we were going to be back just before Callum and I's birthday so I had the party to look forward to as well. I put some Sidemen Merch in case and a few pairs of jeans, T-shirts and my PJ's. I did my makeup before packing it away with my daily skincare items and hair stuff. I made sure I had all my chargers and electric stuff packed away before I closed the case, I looked at myself in the mirror I was wearing Josh's Dr Pepper shirt and the unreleased green SDMN tracksuit with my black fluxes.

"I'm going to miss you, but when you get back it's party time" Zoe came in and engulfed me in big hug

"I'll miss you too ZoBo" I said

"At least me and Simon have the place to ourselves" She said as we let go

"Ew, I don't need to think about that" I said as she wiggled her eyebrows at me

"Josh is here" I was referring to the knocks on the door, Zoe walked me up to the door.

"Ready?" He asked, I nodded

"Be good to her Joshua" Zoe said

"Don't worry she is in good hands" Josh smiled

"That's what I like to hear" Zoe smiled before bringing me in for another hug

"Bye" I said when we let go of each other and she closed the door, Josh took my suit case for me and put it in his car once we got down there

"Road trip" I shouted connecting my phone to Josh's Bluetooth radio and shuffled my playlist

"ooo this is a good song" I said turning up the volume to Fruit Punch by Kaiydo. Me and Josh bopped along to the beat and the I could feel the bass pumping through me, we listened to a few more songs before I fell asleep.

"Babe" Josh shook me gently

"Alexandra" He sang

"What?" I mumbled

"We're almost there, and I'm a bit lost" He chuckled at the last bit, I forced myself to be awake and I sat up fully in the seat,

"Keep going down this road and take a left" I yawned

"And you have a go at me about lack of sleep" He joked

"Shuup" I smiled

"This it?" He asked pulling up outside my house, I nodded

"Callum and Sarah are already here" I noticed Callum's car in the driveway

"Ready?" He asked, I nodded and we got out of the car. I knocked on the front door and my mother opened it

"Hello Mother" I smiled giving her a hug

"It's good to see you again, 3 months is too long" She said

"You must be Josh" My mum smiled as she looked at my boyfriend

"Nice to meet you Mrs. Beckstone" Josh held his hand out for her to shake

"It's lovely to meet you too dear" She shook his hand

"Tom, Alexandra and Josh are here" My mum shouted upstairs as she let us in

"He'll be down in a minute, Callum and Sarah are in the kitchen" She said,

"Wagwan bro" I walked into the kitchen to find Callum and Sarah talking over tea

"Hey" Sarah got up to give me a hug Josh gave Callum a bro hug and then I went to hug Callum as Sarah greeted Josh,

"You must be Joshua" Tom said standing behind us

"Yes nice to meet you Sir" Josh turned around to shake my stepfathers hand

"Firm shake, good man" Tom gave him one of those guy slaps on the shoulder

"Twins" Tom said referring to Callum and I

"Your mother is having family over again for your birthday tomorrow" He continued

"Cool" I said taking a seat at the table

"Is it an evening thing?" Callum asked as Josh took the seat next to me

"Most likely" Tom said

"Right I better get going I've got some stuff to do, so I'll se you guys at dinner probably" Tom said as he left

"See it's not scary, they like you" I said to Josh
