imani stared at tony fuming, "Im a replacement?" she repeated.
"more like the opposite." causing peter alarm, and strange to roll his eyes at this 'stupid' conversation.
"hey!" peter objected, causing imani to smile.
tony hugged the young girl, kissing her on the head. "i was so scared tony, it seemed like- like an alternate reality. everything was the same, but you guys were not here." she explained.
"its ok." he said parting there hug, rubbing her arms for comfort.
imani turned to tom who was confused and was looking back and fourth.
"I can tell you two have never met before." tony started, looking between the shocked teenagers.
"imani this is peter, peter this is imani." he introduced the two as they shook hands.
"so where do you uh, go to school?" peter said awkwardly.
"sorry to interrupt your precious conversation but i think we have company." strange interrupted.
imani peered around, her power sending red orbs around her hands. ready for any attack.
the alien from before appeared, sending chills down her spine. her blood running cold.
she took a step forward, before shielding a powerful force from the alien. her muscles in her throat tightening as she tensed.
"hey, man. lets talk." tony interrupted the alien.
the alien sighed, before releasing the young girl.
she dropped to her knees gasping for air. peter bending down to check on her.
she couldn't stand back up, not yet atleast.
tony began negotiating with the alien and strange, peter diverting his eyes between the girl and the conversation taking place.
imani barely taking any of it in, her blood beating in her ears. eventruly, the aliens dissapeared and tony ceased his tense stance.
tony looked down at the girl and took a hold of her hand, and helped her up making sure she was ok.
"imani, addams highschool." imani peered over to the teenage boy.
"you go to addams highschool in manhattan?!" he questioned, tony rolled his eyes in response.
|| sorry for no update! ive been quite busy getting my arthritis under control along with applying and getting accepted in to college, working and just adjusting to life.
