Suddenly alone - a Sleepover

"Oh no." Marinette let out an exasperated sigh.

"Oh yes girl" The brunette had a huge smile plastered across her face. She waved a horror movie right in front of her best friends face.

"Alya, you know how easily I get scared! Why did you bring that?!" she pouted.

"I was counting on that." Alya whispered in Ninos direction, leaning towards him and smirking.

She wanted to help her friend, even if she would hate her for that in the first place but she knew that she'd be thankful afterwards .

The boys, both Adrien and Nino seemed quite excited.

"But that's not it." Alya almost sung.

She reached further into her bag and pulled out a small bag. The three others squinted at it as if they were trying to read something, even though the bag was unlabeled.

"It's popcorn, you morons." the brown eyed girl laughed.

"And-" she pointed at Adrien and then Marinette "-you guys go get the popcorn ready, we'll get the rest started."

Adrien made his way out of the room, when he reached his door he turned around to look at the blue haired girl and wave her to come with him.

When they reached the kitchen Marinette put the bag of popcorn down on the counter.

"We need a pot, some oil and a lid." She said and started searching for those things immediately.

After she had poured in the popcorn she stared at the pot.

"I found a lid!" Adrien smiled brightly.

She was sitting on the floor, her back against the wall.

He sat down next to her in the same position, both of them watching the pot in silence.

This silence was interrupted by a loud pop of the popcorn which made Adrien jump.

Marinette couldn't help but chuckle at his facial expression.

As he looked at the blue eyed girl he couldn't help but smile, her laugh so beautiful and she even more.

"I'll check on it." The bluenette walked to the stove.

The blue haired girl stood before the pot, a wooden spoon in her hand as she stirred the popcorn.

Adrien got up and walked up to Marinette.

He stood right behind her, lifting his hand up to her neck.

He slowly removed her hair from her neck so that it was bare.

Marinettes heart jumped at the featherlight touch of his fingertips.

His heart was beating quicker, unsure if he should really do what he was intending to do, but he did it anyway.

He brought his lips closer to her neck and planted a soft and gentle kiss on it, staying in position a bit longer.

Marinette felt his face inching closer to her and froze in her motion.

Her heart was beating fast, knowing that he was coming even closer with every second.

When his soft lips touched her skin her mind went blank.

There hasn't been much besides him there anyway but now it was completely empty.

He kept his lips on her skin and she felt electric. All she wanted to was to turn around and just kiss him until her lips were numb but she didn't.

"Game on." she whispered teasingly.

Her voice send shiver down his spine. He planted another kiss, closer to her jawline.

Marinettes breath hitched at the feeling of his warm lips touching her again.

"We'll see M'Lady. It's a long night." He whispered back his lips still hovering over her neck so that his breath tickled her skin.

It took every ounce of will she had in her not to pull him closer right then and there but she managed to do so.

She slowly turned around, their faces inches apart.

"You're right, Chaton. It'll be a long night."
