"Well I don't know, we'd have to see if my aunt Kelly will let you guys come, but I'm pretty sure it'll take some convincing. We have one guest room and I'm sure you and I can just sleep in my bed, that's what we used to do anyways," I say nibbling on my pen cap.

Em and I were talking about her and Ashton coming to Canada from New York for Thanksgiving weekend. Neither of them had school, and their families didn't really have anything planned for Thanksgiving. So their family agreed. It was my turn to get aunt Kelly on board, and considering how stubborn she was, I knew this task was going to be nearly impossible.

"I really hope she lets us stay! We miss you like crazy," Emily announced in an eager tone.

"I miss you guys too! It feels like it's been years since we've actually hung out. What have you two been up too?," I asked, getting up from my bed to make my way downstairs.

"Ashton and I have been doing really good actually. A lot has changed since you left though. Ashton and I would find ourselves talking about you and all the crazy things we did when you were still here. Now, we've just have been hanging out," she says puffing out a breath of air.

As I made my way inside the kitchen, I saw aunt Kelly and uncle Joey both sitting at the island, so I sat down as well.

"Hey Em, is it ok if I call you back? Something came up," Waiting for her response, I raised my eyebrow in question. Em replied with yes, so I removed the phone from my ear, pressing the end call button, and firmly placing my phone on the island.

"What's going on? Something I need to know about?," I asked concerned.

"I'm sure you know why we are both upset with you right now. Answer that question for yourself Brooklynn," my uncle Joey says, using a very intimidating tone of voice. It made the hairs on my arm stand straight up.

"Uncle Joey, I seriously have no idea what you are talking about, I don't recall doing anything that was bad in any way," I respond. Trying my best to defend myself.

"Really, because according to this note that was on the door say otherwise. You lied to me Brooklynn! You specifically made it clear that you were going over to a boy by the name of Liam's house. Yet you went to a party and got drunk! On top of that, you tried sleeping with Liam,"

''Where did you hear that?'' I ask raising an eyebrown in confusion. I'm positive Justin wouldn't have told.

''This,'' she says placing the letter on the island. I examined it before I picked it up.

Dear Kelly,

Your little niece, Brooke, came to my party last night and got uncontrollably drunk. I also thought It'd be a good idea for you to know she tried to sleep with my boyfriend Liam, things got pretty out of control and I'm just writing this letter so you guys know. I feel sorry I wasn't able to help her because of how waisted she was, and I hope she made it home safely. Please tell Brooklynn I said hi, and I hope her hangover isn't too bad.

love, Ashley.

Cringing my teeth before I looked up and my aunt and uncle.

"I hate this bitch! Yeah, I'll admit, I did lie about where I was going, but I promise you I did not get drunk! I didn't even try to have sex with her creepy ass boyfriend. He tried having sex with me! Justin and I just went to that party because I thought it would be a good idea for me to go to the first social event of the night and get to know more about the people at the school," I say trying to plead my case. According to their face expression, I presumed they didn't believe me one bit. "Let me guess, you don't believe a word I'm saying," I pout, throwing my hands down in aggravation.
