HAUNTED

I got to the hotel,and got out,walking to the front desk,holding the IV that would identify me as one of the wedding guests.

I was shown to a room that was nothing short of exquisite,but as much as i loved the room,i couldn't wait to get into the pool

So i brought out my swimsuit and cover, changed and walked out to the pool area. It was so cool i was squealing inside but i remained calm outwardly

I decided to take some selfies by the pool,but i was a bit frustrated when i couldn't get a full snap and was pouting  when i heard a voice say

"Hi" i looked up to find a good looking guy smiling down at me, "hi" i said back wondering who he was "i noticed you were trying to take photos of yourself and thought maybe you needed some help?"

"Oh right thank you that would be nice" i said smiling,i then posed while he took my pictures "wow" he said showing me my the pictures he took

"You must be a model right?" I laughed at his compliment, "I'm not actually"  "I'm Seok hyun,by the way Min Seok hyun" he said stretching out his hand

"Park Jade,thanks for the pictures"  "it was my pleasure,how about i grab us some drinks and we can hang out together?"  I nodded "sounds cool"

As soon as he walked away i texted one of my boss's men,Joon gu,While he went to the bar to get us drinks

Me:

I need you to help me check out this dude,(i attached a photo) Min Seok hyun,i need all the info you can get on him

     

       

Joon gu:

Hmmmm fine but on one condition

I rolled my eyes

Me:

What?🙄 

Joon gu:

😊you owe a ticket to BTS concert

Me:

Sigh.....fine,now do what i asked

I settled back and waited for the info i needed,yes as a lobbyist i always had to be extra cautious,because in our work my boss and I had accumulated enemies,both known and unknown.

My phone dinged a few seconds later,and i scanned the information. Ok it seemed like this Min Seok hyun was alright i concluded just as he was returning with the drinks.

"Here you go" he said handing me one,but i refused "oh no i hate this flavor lets exchange" i said smiling. One could never be too cautious i thought waiting to see his reaction

But he only chuckled and said "thank god i at least got one you liked,but hey! That means we now have something in common"

I grinned and took a sip,then we started chatting,and it turns out that he had come alone and i told him i had too as my boss had left from the wedding ceremony

Saying he couldn't attend the wedding party "would you be my date then this evening?" He said looking at me hopefully "yes now lets swim"

I said setting my drink down and walking to the pool. I got in slowly while Seok hyun teased "chicken" and jumped in with a splash

I giggled splashed him "hey lets have competition" i said and he agreed and we began swimming back and forth,i beat him the first time but on the second lap it hit again

I was in a river splashing and playing with three other people i couldn't recognize,"jade behind you!" The girl called out and i spun around to face the most handsome man id ever seen. He grinned at me "thought you could escape dear wife" he then grabbed me

Then the memory faded away and i heard someone calling my name repeatedly, i opened my eyes to see a worried looking Seok Hyun staring down at me

"Jade? What happened i had reached the other side when i turned and saw you just floating there"   "I'm just a bit tired maybe"

"Ok let me take you to your room" and i nodded "thank you" he then walked me to my room and told me to rest before turning away.

Meanwhile my head was spinning,what exactly was happening to me? What were these memories? Who were those people? And that man, i shivered at his intense gaze why had he called me wife?

I needed anwsers. I pulled out my laptop and did some research on the Internet on the symptoms i was having but all i came up with was amnesia

I slammed it shut in frustration, i knew i didn't have amnesia,i hadnt had any injuries or accidents lately that could have given me amnesia

I sighed and crawled into bed after setting an alarm to wake me up at 5:00 so I could get ready for tonight's event.

I finished my make-up and put my dress on. Seok hyun had texted earlier to ask how I was and if i would be going to the event tonight.

Initially I had wanted to cancel and just stay in but i would just end up stressing over what has been going on lately

And besides I was here to have fun so I asked him to pick me up at the hotel lobby at 7:00. I was going to enjoy the rest of this weekend no matter what.

I walked out of my room, the door clicking shut behind me,and headed for the lobby, smiling as I caught sight of Seok hyun's back.

I crept up behind him and "boo!!" he jumped, startled and I started to laugh, "oh you should have seen your face right now, I wish I had taken a picture"

He feigned anger and started to walk away while I fell into step beside him, grinning unrepentantly "oh come on, admit it was funny"

He rolled his eyes and said "fine it was, silly goose, honestly I don't know what to do with you" I replied "well you could take me to the party"

"well I suppose I could" he replied, taking my arm and placing it on his, smiling. We then went into the party.
