Back to Berlin

the next morning..

Heiko woke up and stretched. He looked around him and saw he was not in his own room. He looked around and saw Richi laying next to him. He was still sleeping. Heiko looked further in the room. He saw his bag and camera laying on the desk on the right side of the room. The curtains were half closed. Richi always did this because he liked the fresh air to enter the room when he sleeps.

Heiko carefully got out of bed and walked towards his bag. He reached in the bag and took out his diary. He sat down at the desk and took a pen.

Dear diary..

Yesterday was a very special day. It was good for Till and me. I had the feeling for a long time that Till and I didn't get along very well anymore since I started to feel something for Richi. Luckily he started talking about it. Now I know he is oke with it. Besides this, we had so much fun yesterday. I almost forgot how funny Till can be when he gets bored.

I am thankful he sticked around with me the whole day. I know that this kind of things are not on his list of "fun". But he made it fun for himself.

Maybe we should hang out more often. It's great to get back to knowing each other again. we tend to forget who we truly are when we only come together to work. Everyone changes when they get in the recording studio. It's like we all have two complete different personalities..

"Morning.." Heiko his writing got disturbed by Richi who had woken up.
"morning!" said Heiko with a smile.

Richi moved closer to the right side of the bed.
"what are you writing on this beautiful morning?"
"Oh.. About yesterday."

"Ah.. You couldn't even go without me for one day didn't you.."
Heiko was a bit confused.. But then he remembered Till using his phone.
"I guess so.. "

Richi grabbed Heiko his watch from the bedside table.
"It's early.. Don't you want to lay with me some longer?"
Heiko felt his face getting a bit red.
"I will.. But I have to finish this real quick.. "

Richi made a grumpy noise and got out the bed. He put his arms around Heiko his shoulders and made some grumpy sounds in his ear.
"Come on.. I don't like to wait.."
"hmm.. "
"you can let the diary wait.."
"what if I forget?"
"You are not that old yet!" Said Richi while he pulled Heiko off the chair.

Heiko sat down on the bed. Richi went to his side and pulled Heiko in for a hug.
"this is our last day here.. "
"mhm.. "
"how about we will see each other some more.. when we are back in Berlin.."
Heiko looked over his shoulder to see Richi his face.
Richi was smiling at him.
"I would love that" Said Heiko..

Richi pulled the blankets a bit more over his chest and then took Heiko back in his arms.
"2 more hours.." He whispered in Heiko his ear.
Heiko didn't really know what to respond.
Richi gave Heiko a kiss in his neck..

~ Till his perspective ~

Till walked into the kitchen. Chris was sitting there with a cup of coffee.
"Morning!" he said with a smile.
"morning" said Till as he sat down as well.
"coffee?" asked Chris while he stood up from the table.
"yes please.."
"so.. How was yesterday?" He asked while he poured the coffee in a mug.
"It was fun. It's not really my thing.. Going on a guided tour trough a castle.. But the nature was nice. Also.. It was good to catch up with Heiko for a while."
"I believe that! He must have loved it"

Chris walked back to the kitchen table and sat down. He put the cup of coffee in front of Till.
"I haven't heard any sign of life from Richi and Heiko yet" said Chris while he took a sip of his coffee. Till looked up at him from the newspaper he was reading.
"That will probably happen around 11:00" he said with a grin.
Chris looked at Till with confusion but didn't question it. They sat at the table for a few minutes without talking, until the calm got disturbed by Heiko running into the hallway.

"Get it off me!" He screamed while running.
Till and Chris looked at it with confusion. Now Richi came walking out the room as well crying of laughter. "come here I help you!" he screamed while laughing.

"what is going on?" said Till.
"Get it off me" said Heiko who ran towards Till.
"Are you serious? You are in such a panic for this little thing?" said Till while he took a grasshopper off Heiko his shoulder.
"What is it?" asked Chris.
"oh.. It's.. just a.. GRASSHOPPER" Said Till as he threw it at Chris who directly stood up and ran away.
Now Richi was leaning against the table crying of laughter.
"I am sorry but this is so funny."
"It's mean" said Heiko, who defended Chris.
"he has a phobia for these things"..

"come on.. It's just a grasshopper" Said Till with an evil laugh.
"i'm glad we are going home" Said Chris while he tried not to laugh and keep an angry face.

"can we now get back to what we were doing?" Asked till.
"a better question is.. can Heiko put on some pants?" responded Chris.
Heiko laughed. You don't like my boxers?
He walked back to Richi his room and sat back down at the desk.
he continued writing..

Today is the last day here at the farm, But I am sure this has brought us all closer together again.
It's unique.. We haven't even talked about work.. We did play some music but without pressure.
I think we all needed this break now. Maybe this is a good thing to keep in the yearly schedule..

Oh.. I forgot that till had send Richi something from my phone yesterday..
But apparently Till send him: "I miss your horrible driving skills, Drama queen".
Luckily Richi could laugh about it..

when Heiko finished writing in his diary, he got dressed, got all his stuff back together and put his bags in Richi his car. "So you will drive with the drama queen?" He heard from behind him.
"Yes. I missed his horrible driving skills"
Till laughed. "you should thank me for that"
"I guess I do.. He seemed to be happy "i" messaged him."
"He definitely was.. He might have been a bit jealous." Said Till with a poetic voice.
"shut up.. He wasn't"
"whatever you like to believe!" said Till while he put his own bags in his car.

The guys all greeted each other and promised to meet up soon for Richi and Rike their birthdays.. They all drove off. "SEE YOU IN BERLIN DICKS" Screamed Till as he speeded off.
Heiko and Richi laughed about it. "Yes vagina.." Said Richi with a smile.
