Spring One: OTP

..~*+*~*+*~*+*~..

“We are not dating!” I screamed in frustration, glaring at the guy in front of me. “We aren’t even friends!”

“Then explain why you—ugh, I’m getting a headache,” President Xin muttered, rubbing his forehead. “Explain why you were in that position in the middle of the street. My gosh. In the middle of the street! Can’t you two get any sense!?”

“It’s not what you think! It was an accident!” I protested. I gave Onyx another glare, but he just shrugged and smirked at me. “You! This is your fault!”

“Paano ko naging kasalanan iyon? Ikaw ba ang nahulog sa’kin?” he muttered.

“Well, I never… OMG, I have never fallen for you!” I shouted at him.

He smirked again. “You make it sound differently. You fell on me. On, Aya, not for,” he said emphasizing the word.

I inhaled sharply while balling my fists. Tumingin ulit ako kay President Xin na ngayon ay malapit na kaming sipain pareho papalabas ng building. “President, it’s really not what you think! We’re not dating! I accidentally slipped from the stairs and fell on this… ugh, this guy! That’s it! We’re not making a scene in the middle of the street!”

“Fine! Say I believe you. Will the reporters and fans do?” singhal niya sa amin. “This is too much damage on both of your images!”

“Then do something about it. It’s your job, after all,” nababagot na sabi ni Onyx.

“You… OMG, your mother will hear about this,” President Xin snapped.

“Huh, ganyan naman palagi ang ginagawa niyo, ‘di ba? Ang magsumbong sa nanay ko para mapasunod niyo ako,” malamig na sabi ni Onyx.

“Eh sumusunod ka ba? Obviously, hindi!” mataray na sabi ni President Xin sa kanya. “I had to deal with those kids so that they wouldn’t press charges on you!”

“Kahit magharap-harap kami sa korte, sila pa rin ang nauna. Ipinagtanggol ko lang ang sarili ko,” aroganteng sabi ni Onyx.

“Kahit na! You should have avoided them instead of patulan sila! Don’t you have any sense, Onyx Young? You’re not just a normal teenager! You’re a teen idol!” sigaw ni President Xin. “And you, Aya Zhu, why did you leave that event without waiting for your manager? Why did you end up breaking your shoe heel and, ugh, making a scene with Onyx? My gosh! Two scandals in one night! I’m so gonna die!”

“Akala ko ba eh ayos na ‘yung tungkol doon sa mga gagong iyon? Ano pang problema?” medyo naiiritang tanong ni Onyx.

“Oo nga! Naayos na nga! Hindi na nga sila magsasalita! Pero ‘yung scandal niyong dalawa—”

“President Xin! I told you that wasn’t a scandal!”

“Wasn’t? Wasn’t? Take a look at this!” he screamed dramatically while throwing a tablet to our direction.

I grabbed it while Onyx looked over my shoulder. “Ano ba? Masyado kang malapit,” I snapped at him.

He just smirked at me. I moved away from him, but he moved closer. “Gusto ko ring makita. Huwag kang maarte,” he said coldly.

I gritted my teeth as I turned to look at the tablet. It showed an online article from a famous gossip site.
