Y/n's POV:

"Alright..." me and Olivia were in my room and were just watching Adventure time when Olivia paused the show and faced me and I sat up facing her. The game had ended a few hours ago and this was how we were spending our time. "So I've been wanting to tell you this for a while now. Like ever since we got closer" she continued on

"I've never had the courage to love anyone the way I did my ex. And that scares me. But you y/n...." I was confused but I let her continue. I guess she could sense my confusion "Look what I'm trying to say is Y/n Gomez....I like you, like you. And honestly my feelings for you keep growing and even though-" I cut her off with a kiss on the lips

She smiled and put her hands on the sides of my cheeks and when we parted ways. We rested our foreheads on the eachothers. "I like you too dork. I have ever since I first laid my eyes on you" she blushed a little and smiled.

"How's your music coming?" She said and I shrugged "it's missing something...I have a lot emotion but I'm missing one emotion" I said and she thought with me

"Love? Every album needs a love song" she then grabbed my hand and dragged me to the recording part of the place and sat me down in front of my piano

"so let's start with a simple piano" she said and I played with some keys and she helped.  "Maybe I just need a guitar" I said and she smiled

I grabbed an acoustic and just sat there plucking some strings and then I found it. "Leave" I said excited and she was confused "what?" She was getting up

"I found what I wanna sing. And it's a a surprise....so go hang out with the girls and max until I have something. Also can you ask Sabrina to come in?" She nodded her head and kissed me on the cheek

Sabrina came in long after Olivia left and she sat with a note pad and a pen. "Let's get writing!!" She said excitedly and sat with me "so what's this song gonna be about?" I smiled at my guitar and looked at her "Olivia" she raised an eyebrow with a smirk "you like her huh?" She said and I laughed

"we actually told each other how we felt just a few minutes ago. But this song is based on feelings I felt even before I told her how I felt" she nodded her head "so...what do we have?" I got my guitar and started playing what I came up with "so I was thinking the lyrics go kinda like..." I then came up with some

"Here I sleep in London...'cause I could spend a hundred days in-" Sabrina then cut me off "or is there a way to like say "counting back from 100 so I can fall asleep faster"?" I then strummed it over again and sang

"Sleep in London, I count back from 100" I then stopped playing "that's cool" and she agreed. After an hour or so we started getting somewhere "I love the echo after "hello, hello"" she said and kept strumming

"hello, hello, hello can I get an echo? Purple, red, and yellow." Then I vocalized a little to get a grasp of what I wanted

"Head down on the pillow, something that I..." Sabrina added shortly after. After a few minutes we were able to skip past and figure things out. I then grabbed a guitar and started strumming.

"When I'm not with you. I just close my eyes...." I looked at Sabrina for help "all I have to do" she suggested "all I have to do..." she then smiled at me "come on I've figured out our chorus" she said and handed me a sheet with lyrics. We both then started singing it together

"ready?" I smiled and nodded. We had max come in here and help out since he's good at helping me record and mix.

The music started playing and I just felt it in my bones just the emotion I would be singing but I needed to touch some things up

"it sounds better without" I said and he was cutting things out "without?" He said "without" Sabrina reassured and he nodded his head and fixed some stuff

"Alright go in there rockstar" I laughed and entered the booth "3...2...1" max then cues to me "hello, hello, hello. Can I hear an echo? Purple, red, and yellow. I can't wait to get home. Head down on the pillow. Holding you is all I think about. Yeah." Skip a minute and we made it to the hardest part of the
song in my opinion

"Y/N, MAN! THAT WAS FUCKING AWESOME DUDE" max said and I got out and we listened to it over again and i was happy. Olivia would love this song. "If you guys don't mind. I kinda wanna record something I've had on my mind for a few days" they smiled and nodded their heads...
