Alec POV
I glanced over at Bella. She looked incredible. Absolutely gorgeous. Her dress clung to her figure and emphasised her incredible body. I sighed as I watched her eyes search the room to find someone she knew. Jane flittered to my side.
"Quit checking Bella out!" Jane complained, as she whacked me on the head.
"What?! I'm not" I protested.
Jane gave me a look which said yeah-right-you-sure-bout-that?
I rolled my eyes at her but didn't say anything else.
"You look nice tonight" I complimented her.
"You look pretty good too"
"Did you just compliment me Jane?" I asked, faking surprise.
Jane stuck her tongue out at me.
"So see anyone you like?" I asked Jane.
"As if" Jane smirked. "Unlike you"
I whacked her on the head.
"I do not!"
"Oh good cause I know that Demetri was kinda interested in her but he wanted to make sure you weren't but now that I know you're not- I'll just go tell him so that he can ask her out"
I growled.
That asshole! He couldn't have her! She was mine!
"See" Jane smirked at me.
"Ugh- you cheat!" I groaned in frustration.
"You know the party is really good this year"
"Yeah definitely!" I agreed with her.
"I'm just gonna go find Heidi ok?"
"Fine, see you later" I nodded at Jane.
Bella POV
"So my darling, you look absolutely gorgeous"
I screamed in shock as I turned around to face a grinning Felix.
"Hey!" I whacked him. "Don't do that!"
Felix laughed.
"And thanks, you don't look so bad yourself"
"Oh don't go hitting on me- Heidi will get jealous" Felix smirked.
I laughed. "You wish...Hey who's the DJ right now since you're bunking off?"
"Hey I am not bunking- I am taking a break and Heidi"
I turned to look at her at the DJ mixing table. "OMG"
"I know- she looks HOT" Felix chuckled.
"Bella, you look stunning" Aro complimented me.
"Why thank you- you look dashing as well" I said with a soft smile as I turned around to face him.
"So do you like the party?"
"Like it? I LOVE it- it's incredible!" I enthused.
"Good good, I'm going to find Heidi" Aro said, walking off.
"Yeah me too" Felix said.
"Oh by the way, Demetri and Marcus wanted to talk to you" Aro said with a smile on his face.
"Ok" I said puzzled. I'd never spoken to Marcus so I had no idea what he and Demetri wanted to talk to me about.
I began to weave my way through the crowd of people. The music pumping in my head, I managed to catch a glimpse of the back of Demetri's head.
