EJ's First Christmas (Edited)

(Carley's POV)

Today is December 25, 2021. Which means this is the first Christmas that Eric and I have a kid. Now he isn't too old yet to appreciate the gifts but  that doesn't mean we didn't spoil him. We got him about 10 big gifts. Eric and I went to the store a couple weeks ago to get EJ's presents.

EJ still has not got his shots but the doctors said that he needs them when he is 6 months old. So we do have time. He is currently 1 and a half month old. He is getting bigger. Which is amazing.

I never thought babies grew so fast. He is also slowly losing his chubby cheeks. I mean it's definitely still there but people had said that some babies lose their chubbiness within a year. So EJ got a long way to go.

The last holiday we celebrated was Thanksgiving. But it was a great Thanksgiving. I mean Eric's speech was amazing. I honestly felt like crying most of his speech. He's always been good with words. That's just the person he is.

I woke up this morning at around 9:30 in the morning. Which I am actually surprised at how long I slept today. And I didn't even wake up in the middle of the night. I have to ask if EJ got up. And the only person to ask is Eric.

When I opened my eyes for the day. I saw Eric and EJ sleeping together on a chair. Well EJ's in his arms while Eric is guarding him. I smile.

I grabbed my phone that was on the side table. I turn on my camera but turn the flash off. I took a quick picture and smile when I heard Eric snoring so loud.

After taking the picture I go over to them and touch Eric softly. He moves his head but doesn't wake up. So this time I tried to touch EJ but it's like Eric's father instincts came on. Because he like slapped my hand without being up. I burst out laughing. But even that didn't wake Eric up or EJ for that matter.

"Oh my sweet boys" i said and kissed both their sweets.

Eric finally wakes up. "Car?" He asked slowly waking up

"Hi" I said with a smile

"What's going on?" He asked confused

"Well you and EJ were asleep. Now it's just EJ sleeping" I said with a laugh

"Huh....Well EJ woke up in the middle of the night. So I put on music for us. I'm surprised you didn't wake up with the noise" He said

"Did you put headphones in his ear?" I asked scared

"No. I put it on speaker. But you were out like a light" He said with a chuckle

EJ coughs up.

"Oh come on dude!" Eric said as EJ threw up on him. I burst out laughing. "Oh you think this is funny?" Eric asked standing up. He gives me a smirk. And I realized what he was thinking

"No! No Eric!" I said walking backwards

"Oh yes" He said after setting EJ on the bed. Eric comes closer and hugs me with the throw up on his shirt

"Ewww!" I said as he continues to hug me

"This is what you get" He said softly. But kissed the top of my head

"Now I have to take a shower" I said smacking his arm

"Hey, so do I. let's save some water" He said smirking

"Can't," i said patting his shoulder.

"Well what if we don't do that" He said

"Eric ever since we made love for the first time you have been addicted" i said to him

"Can you blame me! I have a hot sexy baby momma!" He said then leaned onto his computer chair

"Well one of us needs to be with EJ. Unless you give him to Michelle for a couple minutes" I said to him
