(Eric's POV)
So a year ago today, Carley and I got married. And it was the greatest day/night of my life. And luckily we did get everything on video. So we decided that tonight we are gonna re-watch the video with our kids. I mean Emma, Skylar and EJ are the ones who will understand what's happening.
I think we will do this every year anyways. Just to show that Carley and I are still in love.
Anyways it's 10:30 in the morning currently. I look to my left and didn't see Carley. So i guess that she went to one of the children's room. So I did my morning routine then went looking for my wife. I looked in all the kids rooms but I didn't see her. So I walked downstairs and looked for her there. Once I heard some music/singing going on I knew it was her.
I go into the kitchen and saw her dancing. I smile.
"Daddy!" EJ said going out of his chair and jumping into my arms
"Hey buddy" I said holding him in my arms
"Dada" Skylar said with a smile
"Hi Skylar.....Emma" I said kissing both their heads
"Hi Noah" I said also kissing his head. Noah is 6 months old today also. So we are also celebrating his half birthday.
Then I go over to my wife and kissed her deeply.
"Mmm" She said pushing me away a little. "Hi" She said with a laugh
"And good morning my beautiful gorgeous wife" I said smiling at her
"You're in a good mood today" She said
"Yeah and good reasons too" I said to her
"I know one. What's the other?" She asked
"Which one do you remember?" I asked her
"Its Noah's half birthday" She said
"Yeah.....And what else?" I asked her
"Hmm" She said then looked at me with a smile. "It's our one year anniversary" She said hooking her arms around my neck
"Oh thank god you remember" I said with a chuckle
"How could I forget?" She asked
"I don't know. We have a lot on our minds. With our kids and work" I said
"I would never forget this" She said to me. Then kissed me again. I nod and smile after the kiss. "I made breakfast" She said
"Ok" I said and sat down.
She set a plate in front of me. "Happy anniversary" She said kissing my cheek
"Happy anniversary" I said smiling at her
"Happy anniversary" EJ said with a smile
I chuckle. "What's our anniversary buddy?" i asked my son
"I don't know. You guys keep saying it though!" He said with a smile
"Well the reason why EJ is because a year ago today is when your mommy and I got married. Remember?" I asked him
"Ohhh yes" He said nodding
"Its ok if you don't remember. We have a video of the reception and the actually wedding" I said
Carley sat at the table. "And we are gonna watch it tonight" Carley said picking up her food. She started to eat and feed Noah at the same time
I had the breakfast Carley made. I was watching the girls eat. Even though they are 3 years old now, I still worried something will happen with them. Especially if they eat to fast.
