Our hearts are like glass, so gentle, so fragile. They break so easily and shatter so soon....right?
Happily for us, they aren't like that. Our hearts are so strong anatomically. The human heart beats about 100,000 times a day and the blood that your heart pumps could travel about 60,000 miles through blood vessels. Does that sound like something weak can do?

You might say that theoretically, it is so frail and easy to break... but still, it's not.Everyone encountered loss, heartbreak, betrayal, and so on, yet...our heart is still intact, keeping us alive. We tend to classify this pain and call it a broken heart. We hide behind this term and pretend to believe it and call ourselves broken or shattered.But we are not. No amount of pain or life-changing events or trauma can give you this nickname: broken...
We are not broken, just hurt.We can still go on..and live.
