"But bhai, I wanted to be there," Vaidehi expressed to Virat over the phone, a hint of disappointment in her voice.

"Don't worry, Vaish. We have a regular checkup today, and I'll call you before it's time for the baby," Virat reassured her, his tone comforting.

"And besides, Vaish, you enjoy watching the matches. I'll enjoy irritating Virat," Anushka chimed in with a playful laugh, lightening the mood.

"Alright, bhai. Take care of Bhabhi, my Vamika and the baby," Vaidehi said with a smile, feeling reassured by their words.

"We will, Vaish. Don't worry about us. Just focus on your work and enjoy the matches," Virat replied warmly. After ending the call, Vaidehi felt a sense of relief wash over her.

Vaidehi heard a soft knock on her hotel room's door, she opened the door to see Shubman flashing his dimples.

"Hi," he said.

"Hi," she replied.

"Uhm, are...you on... instagram?" He asked.

Vaidehi raised an eyebrow, amused by Shubman's unexpected question. "You came all the way here just to ask me that?"

Shubman scratched the back of his neck nervously. "Well, not exactly. I mean, I wanted to see you, but then I remembered I wanted to ask about your Instagram too."

Vaidehi chuckled at his awkwardness. "Yes, I'm on Instagram. It's @vaidehisharma."

Shubman nodded, relieved to have accomplished his mission. "Great, I'll add you. Anyway, how are you?"

"I'm good, thanks," Vaidehi replied with a smile. "Just busy with work. What about you?"

"Just gearing up for the matches, you know," Shubman said, trying to sound casual. "But hey, if you're free later, maybe we could grab dinner or something?"

Vaidehi hesitated for a moment before nodding. "Sure, that sounds nice."

"Great! I'll text you the details," Shubman said, flashing her a charming smile before turning to leave.

As Vaidehi closed the door behind him, she couldn't help but smile at Shubman's endearing awkwardness. Maybe this dinner would be the perfect opportunity to get to know each other better.

After Shubman left, Vaidehi found herself standing in the middle of her hotel room, contemplating what to wear for dinner. She scanned through her wardrobe, mentally assessing her options.

"Hmm, should I go for something casual or dress it up a bit?" she muttered to herself, pulling out a few outfits to inspect them.

As she held up a chic black dress, she considered its elegance but then shook her head. "Maybe that's too formal for dinner," she mused, hanging it back in the closet.
