Night settled over the Kohli mansion, casting a soothing blanket of darkness, Anushka found herself unable to shake off the nagging feeling of curiosity that had plagued her since the earlier encounter. With a determined resolve, she made her way to Vaidehi's room, her steps purposeful yet hesitant as she approached the door.
"Vaish, can I come in?" Anushka called out softly, her voice tinged with uncertainty.
A gentle smile graced Vaidehi's lips as she heard Anushka's voice, her heart warmed by the genuine concern in her sister-in-law's tone. "Of course, Bhabhi," she replied warmly, her voice carrying a sense of reassurance. "You don't need to ask. And you could have called me."
