I'm sorry I just went MIA leaving y'all hanging. I am not really doing well, a lot of test and treatment in the hospital and it has been confirmed by doctors that I have a case called writers block and Avascular Necrosis.
So, AVN (Avascular Necrosis) is the death of bone tissue due to a lack of blood supply in the bone, mainly the joint area, (hips, knee, shoulder). People with avn experience pain when walking, sitting, laying, basically anything that has to do with the movement of the affected area causes pain.
currently, I'm going through physiotherapy and it is not easy, the pain and everything involved is just... The only cure to this is surgery which cost a lot.
Decided to share this because y'all are like family to me and I'm sure you understand my state.
