Murder Drones Oneshots (mostly Nuzi)

A CRUSH ON V?!? (VxThad)

"You have a crush on V?" Uzi questioned, sounding surprised but not completely blown away by Thad's words, she had noticed the way he looked at her murderous friend but it was still a shock to have it confirmed.

Thad rubbed the back of his head and smirked awkwardly "Kinda- I know I don't know her that well- but she's really hot and always acts mega cool". The jock and emo stared at each other for a moment before Uzi couldn't help but snicker "You and V? I'd pay to see that, I'll do whatever I can to help".

A few days passed and V was alone in the spire, the purple toaster had arrived a few hours earlier and insisted on taking N out , leaving V with nobody to piss off. Groaning, V lent back on her chair as she heard something approach the spire, she wasn't allowed to eat workers now- but she could scare them.

I need the thrill of the hunt at least-

Grinning, V sprang from her seat and exited the pod, claws out and wings spread. In the entrance of the spire she could see a worker drone shadow, looked like a male, seemed taller than average.

Not that it mattered, V would chase whoever it was until she was tired and then come back, she wouldn't kill them or else Uzi would be up her ass.

Without a word V sprang from the spire and raced towards the figure, who surprising only stumbled back slightly, V cast an X on her face- making the worker actually seem to panic and begin to run.

He seems pretty reluctant though- wait a sec!

V lowered her wings after a few moments of chase, the worker also stopped and turned to V, who was looking at him curiously.

"Conventionally attractive male?" V asked, tipping her head with her claws still out. The worker rubbed the back of his head and blushed slightly at the title- why did Uzi ever have to say that? "Uhh..yeah, my name is actually Thad" he explained, sounding nervous.

Sighing, V finally put her weaponry away, Uzi would be pissed if she messed with one of her friends- the purple tin can had no sense of humour.

Thad looked at V nervously, he wasn't used to being the anxious one, normally he was the one people were begging to be around. It was weird being on the other end.

V meanwhile, had taken to scanning Thad's figure, and couldn't help but appreciate how well designed he was. Uzi hadn't been lying about him being attractive, but V barely knew him, plus tried to eat him & half his friends.

"Um...I know we don't really know each other...but I was wondering if you'd like to go out some time..."

Wait what-

The disassembly drone turned her head in shock at Thad's line. Did he seriously just ask the drone that killed thousands of his people to go out? Though- Uzi & N definitely had something going on and he was the only disassembly drone who worked in the part of the city Nori was killed in- so maybe murder didn't matter much.

Thad noticed how V seemed confused, and tried to back track a bit "I meant- hang out- I- I totally get if you don't want to".

"Sure"

The worker stood shocked.

Did she just....

Did she just agree to go on a date?

V laughed at Thad's amazed face, he normally seemed so confident & bold it was hilarious to see him cowardly, it almost made him more attractive to her. "Come on conventionally attractive~ what are we doing?" V's voice was teasing.

Oh god she was scary.

And so hot...

"Well, I know it's a bit forward but would you come watch a movie at mine tomorrow evening? Promise I wouldn't try anything you're not ready for- not that I'd stand a chance against you" Thad sped the final line, trying his best not to offend his date.

V chuckled at Thad's frightened expression, he was hot generally and absolutely adorable when scared, however the date went it would be surely be entertaining. "Alright then~ Should I there for 7? And for the record I prefer gory movies" V claimed, tail wagging at the idea of watching blood spill.

Thad grinned, seeming to have his confidence returned, he laughed as he replied "Figured! Though I gotta ask if those are the only movies you like- surely you've got more than murder on your mind".

The disassembly drone grinned at his confident tone,  there was a drone worthy of a date with her, someone who knew how to play~

"I like 18+ style movies, if you want variation tomorrow~" V was testing how long he could stay confident for with her teasing. "Sure, I think I've got ideas already, see you at 7 hottie" Thad quickly finished, giving a jokey salute as he sped away, making V smile softly.

V could see how blushed Thad's face was as he sped away, and found it almost charming how well he tried to play along, she wasn't sure about how she felt for him- but it would be nice to take a break from her normal routine of bubbles.

He's a nice guy and I've got free time, plus I'm kinda desperate for attention since Uzi defo has a crush on N.

Sighing, V smiled at Thad's faded figure before exiting into the spire once again.
