It was time. Everyone was hiding between buildings, behind cars, behind everything that was big enough for them not to be seen. And me, I was walking. Walking to stand in front of the building.

I was wearing the mask Uta gave me and was ready to do what was asked of me. I raised the bazooka I was given and raised it. At that moment absolutely nothing could be heard. Everyone was dead quiet.

I couldn't believe I was going to do this. I really couldn't.

I'm scared.

I aimed the bazooka on the lowest part of the building.

Don't.

I turned my head slightly towards Stefan and waited for him to give the signal.

You'll loos yourself again!

He waited a few more seconds.

No!

He nodded.

And I fired.

''Get away from there!''

"Run!''

"We're going to die!''

Humans were exiting their homes, ghouls were turning to leave. All were escaping from this disaster we created.

Our men were all running to the building, screaming, raising their weapons, ready to free their friends and family. I just stood there, frozen in place, my mouth slightly agape. I did it.

And I am finishing it.

I felt someone grab my hand and help me up on one of the houses. It was only then that I returned back to my senses and felt the all too familiar shivers run down my spine.

I focused my sight on his face and saw his red eyes already staring at me.

I remembered Nicki and anger took over me. But of course Uta couldn't see it because I chose to wear a mask. One of his handmade masks.

''You can't outrun me, human.'' he sneered. I was dealing with an angry Uta.

My attitude chose that moment to break trough. ''Watch me,'' I responded and turned to leave. Of course I wasn't fast enough. He grabbed me by my waist and hoisted me up over his shoulder.

''Uta, put me down!''

''Finally aknowledging me, huh?''

I kicked and punched his back, what else could I do? I stopped resisting when I felt something on a place it shouldn't be.

''Don't put your hands there!''

''Sorry, they're already placed on your ass, you're too late.''

I couldn't answer back, I was too shocked.

He finally came to a halt en put me down against a wall. I looked around to see that we were in an ally way and we were on the other side of prison, but closer. I focused on Uta.

''What do you want?'' I snapped.

''To know why you have been avoiding me,'' he responded.

I scoffed. ''Oh please, don't think I can't see you're always busy with Nicki.'' I spit her name.

He came closer, pushing himself on me and trapping me between him and the wall. ''I'm not busy with Nicki, she is busy with me. I on the other hand, kept a close eye on you, to make sure you were ok.''

All the while he kept looking at me. He slowly started to lean down and grazed my ear with his lips. He whispered, seductiveley ''You were really hot while training, so hot that you had me turned on, little human.''

I couldn't help but feel tingly all over. ''Let me promise you something,'' he continued, ''you'll continue making me fall for you, and I will help you.. in all ways.''

I bit my lip, thinking. All ways? I couldn't help but to think of naughty things. Feeling my cheeks turn a darker shade I shook my head to get rid of those thoughts. I felt cold hands on either side of my face, halting my shaking head. Uta came close, so close I could feel his breath on my face.

''Deal?''

Should I seduce a ghoul? The kind I am supposed to kill, supposed to hate and despise? I probably shouldn't. But I can't help it. Not every ghoul is bad. Just because some of them don't have a heart, doesn't mean all of them don't. So I, the human who's already started falling in love, said the first thing that came up in me.

''Deal.''
