Destiny P.O.V

I was getting really nervous, like why was the police here.

"Are u Destiny Isaac?" One questioned

"Yes" I answered

"You have been served" One said handing me a paper

Wtf?  Served what I thought

After the police left I closed the door and went to the kitchen.

"Who was at the door? " August questioned walking into the kitchen

"The police and they Gave me this, talm bout I've been served" I huffed getting angry

"Well did u read it? " He asked joining me at the table

"No not yet" I said picking the paper back up

I started to read the paper out loud

"Destiny Isaac has been served by Christopher Brown wanting full custody of Seiko Brown-"

At that very moment its like my life had flashed before my eyes, he cant do this to me, he cant.

"August no he cant no" I screamed with tears filling my eyes

I was beyond pissed like I just wanted to kill. I grabbed my keys and damn near ran to the car. I heard August yelling my name but I didnt care.

 Once I made it to Chris's house I banged on the door like the police and I didnt give two fucks.

"Open the fucking door Chris" I yelled

"What the fuck do u want" He yelled opening the door

I attacked his ass I punched him In his fucking face mutiply times. I gave no fucks.

"WHAT THE FUCK, DESTINY STOP" He yelled after restaining me

I just broke down In tears, I slid down to the floor and just cried my eyes out.

"How could u Chris? Chris how could u?" I said in between tears

I just wanted to die. Seiko is my heart and I cant live without my heart.

"I dont think your a fit mother" Chris finally said

I stood up so damn fast.

"Me! Not a fit mother? Are u fucking serious Chris. You know u got some fucking nerve saying Im not a fit fucking mother, Were u there? Were u fucking there at the appointments, Did u carry her for nine fucking months? Did u go through morning sickness?" I yelled in his face

"How was I supposed to know if I never knew u were pregnant? He shot back

"Exactly Chris, Ex-fucking-actly so how the hell are you supposed to know what kind of mother I am? U just met her a damn month and a half ago, So dont u dare say Im not a fit mother" I cried

" I dont want her around that nigga" He preached

" Are you fucking serious so this is about August? You worried about somebody that could give two shits about yo ass, Trust and believe me Chris, August is no where near worried about you." I yelled I was beyond pissed

"He fucking shot me, So how am i supposed to know what hes gonna do to my daughter" He yelled

"Hold up, Pause, Your daughter? If i recall correctly she wasnt your daughter until a couple days ago cause i could have sworn u were denying her just last month. Remember that?" I scream

Just when he was gonna say something Momma J walked in the room

"What is going on in hear?" She asked concerned

"Chris wants full custody of Sei momma?" I cried to her 

She just stood there in Disbelief

"Chris you can not do that" She told him sternly

"And why cant I momma? My daughter doesnt deserve to be in the house with the same man that shot me" He yelled

"Chris I dont know who u talking to but u better getcha mind right." She huffed

I just stood there thinking ass they argured. How could someone I once loved and would die for be so fucking cold hearted

"Um" I said clearing my throat

"Its whatever Chris whats done is done. But know this you wil not be getting full custody of Sei, I will fight for my daughter till the day I die."  I Said

They just looked at me. I was just so hurt. But I had to be strong and fight for what was right. 

" See you in court" I stated calmy as I walked out
