Hi, I am bliss.
I am 10 years old.
I am smart for my age.
I am really short, I am around 4"6
I am abused, which is one of the reasons I use my hair to cover my face.
You see, I have A LOT of curly hair so because I don't know how to apply makeup to cover my bruises and scars that I get at home I use my hair to cover most of my face.
Anyway enough about me, let's get right into the story.

Bliss POV
I was walking home from school in the rain
I know I know. I am only 10 but I am smart. I am go to a nearby college, but my mom doesn't know,  the people at my school are actually really nice. Like they would help me when I need help and be my friends even though they are all around 18. But my favorite people are the boys on the football team. They are like my older brothers but they live on campus and I do not and I don't want to ask them to take me home.
My mom would kill me.
Speaking of her I should hurry up it's already.......................PAST 6.
OH NO OH NO OH NO
I was supposed to be home AT 6
I started running in a full sprint
I made it home 20 minutes late
The second I walked through the door I am punched right back into it.
" YOU ARE 20 MINUTES LATE B*TCH"
But when I looked up it was not only my mom, it was her boyfriend and her friends too.
That is when I knew that I will probably get more then a few kicks and punches.
She her boyfriend mike yanked me by my hair to the basement. While I am going down I was wishing I did wake up tomorrow. My mom would be at work.
I have installed cameras in all the places she abuses me and every month I put all the videos into a flash drive so when the day comes I would have Proof of what they have done to me
I snapped out of my thoughts when I felt a cold metal on my wrist. That is when I started to thrash and move around. They chained me to a pole. But I what was even more scary was when mike pulled out a big whip.
I started crying but I couldn't really see because my back was facing them.
Then it started.
He whipped me for so long I didn't even try to keep the time.
I thought that I was done but I was so wrong. Everyone started punching and kicking me everywhere. I was scared to move. I can already feel that I had broken a few bones and I was bleeding a lot.
I thought I was done but nope.
I saw my "mom" take out a pistol I didn't know she had. Then she did it. She's hot me in my knee. I was surprised I didn't pass out. Then I felt like I was getting hit my a bat. And I was correct. But when I felt a blow to the head my vision blurred and I finally blacked out

James POV ( one of mikes friends)
i was looking at the little girl that was on the floor limb. To be true i hate what they are doing to her but mike is making me.  But I had enough. This Little girl has gone through way to much torture. I am at least glad that she passed out but that didn't stop mike. He kept hurting her for hours.
I decided I had to do something so I grabbed Jason who is also forced to hurt her and I pulled him outside.
"We have to do something"
" I know she is way to young no one should ever go through this"
We both had tears In our eyes. Bliss actually seemed like and amazing child. I went through her book bag once and saw a bunch of college books and homework that I barely understood but I can tell she was smart.
" I am calling the cops" Jason said as he took out his phone
We where out side I few houses down so they wouldn't hear. And he put it on speaker.
"911 what's your emergency"
" hello I would like to place a report"
" sure but what would it be for"
" a report of child abuse"
" ok we are sending police officers over to your destination"
"Thank you"
He hung up and looked at me. We both new we would probably both get locked up but at least bliss won't have to deal with this anymore.
Just the police officers came and asked who we where and everything.
Then they all barged into the house. We followed them downstairs to see bliss still passed out chained to the pole. She was AWAY worse than when we left. They arrested mike and blisses mom Tammy. I looked at one of the officers and said "we where apart of this too. We hurt her as well we just wanted her torture to end so we called you so we are supposed to be locked up too" I said not regretting one word. Jason nodded in agreement
The man put us both in a car and once they unchained bliss they put her in an ambulance and rushed her to a hospital but Jason stepped up and said
" WAIT inside the closet next to kitchen there are to bags they are hers give them to her please" I knew what was in those bags
It was a old laptop with a bunch of flash drives in it and the other I believe was her school bag
The  cop nodded and got the bags once we drive away all I was hoping was that bliss can find he dad and be safe.

Sam's POV (finally!!!!!!)

Everyone was in the living room even Bucky and loki ( a/n don't ask XD)
When JARVIS said
"Mr.stark there appears to be a a male that goes my mr.adams asking to speak to one of you"
" ok let him up I guess"
We all looked at tony and Clint was the first to say " I thought you knew to use protection "
We all laugh except for tony who just rolled his eyes. Then we all see a male walk out the elevator
We all looked at him and Steve was the first to speak "hello ummmm what are you doing hear" he says as nice as possible
" yes, um I am Liam Adams and I work with child services, I am hear to speak to a Sam Wilson" everyone looked at me confused as well as I was. "That's me" I said unsure
" he looked at me and continued 
" ok so umm do you happen to remember a Tammy John?"
"Ummmm yes" I answered supper confused of why he is talking about my ex, we dated for a while but I broke it off. she was crazy.
" well it has come to our attention that when you too lot touch she was pregnant with a child, more specifically you child"
Everyone froze.
My mouth hung open.
I have a kid?
WAIT.
I have an actual kid.
No, yes, no,yes
I was shocked.
Then I hear Liam continue.
"Ummmm anyway that is not what I am really hear for. You see, Tammy has been abusing your child, last night the police station got a phone call saying that they would like to report abuse, police walked in as Tammy ........ you know. So we arrested her and her boyfriend mike danial who also participated in the act, as the police where looking around 2 men admitted to taking part in your child's abuse as well and the 2 men where also the people who alerted us in the first place. You child was taken to the hospital and put into immediate surgery and has been all night. They had given her a blood test and looked at her birth certificate and that is how we found you. There where a lot of bad signs but your child is ok, she is in the hospital, you have the choice to see her if you choose not to then there will be no other choice but to make her and orphan"
I was shocked
WAY more than before
I was angry.
I have a kid and I didn't know
I have a daughter who has been abused
I looked up and everyone was in shock some held anger.
"If you would like you can see her now"
I looked at him and nodded. Ass I stood everyone else did
Steve said " we are coming too" 
I nodded still in shock
" oh yea and one more thing I have a file that has pictures of her and some facts about her" he said handing me a folder.
Everyone crowded around me to look when I opened the file I was met with a picture of a little girl. She was smiling at what looked like to be a college football game
She looked exactly like me.
She had a lot of curly black hair, brown eyes, dimples
She was beautiful.
I then herd tony mumble
"Damn she look like you"
We all continue to walk out but we got into a Tony's limo and Liam got into an suv
Once we started driving. I was bombarded with questions and comments
"are you going to keep her?!"
"You better keep her!"
"You better not let her become and orphan"
"She looks just like you!!!"
"The mortal lookes tiny!!"
"She is adorable!!!!"
Once the quiz down I was able to answer.
" do you think I would be able to take care of her?"
Nat spoke up
"Yes, and we will all help you, if you don't take her she will just be in more pain, she can stay with us at the compound"
"Ok" was all I was able to say
When I looked at them I noticed that Bucky and Loki both looked both worried and a little angry, I would have to ask them later

Once we reached the hospital we all got out and headed inside
