"Oh my gods Aiden!" She shrieked, yanking herself out of his hold only to whack his bicep repeatedly with flaming cheeks, "take that back!"

"What'd he do now?" Celeste asked, walking over with sparkling eyes as she watched Marley continue to hit a laughing Aiden, while he shrunk away with tears brimming the corners of his eyes.

Marley huffed, crossing her arms and feeling exposed, "He told Travis that we..." she trailed off, far too shy to continue with that sentence.

"I asked if they were siblings and he said it'd be incest if they were, Cel. If that's the case..." Travis was laughing at her too!

"No! It's not! We are friends! Aiden!" Marley spun around to face him, glaring into his eyes to show she meant business.

But it was difficult to keep her resolve when he looked so hot tonight in general, but on another level when he was laughing and carefree.

Would thoughts like that be considered incest? Oh boy-

Marley! Not helping!

He raised his hands in surrender, sobering and that relaxed her, "Okay, fine. It's only fantasy incest."

Celeste and Travis seemed to understand something she didn't, right away breaking into loud laughter. Marley watched Aiden look her over with darkened eyes, which is why it took her newly muddled brain a few seconds to...

Fantasy incest.

In his fantasies they-

"Oh. My. Gods." she felt waves of mortification hit her like cars on a freeway.

She wasn't sure where to go. Run away to get closer to him so she can kill him for looking at her like that and thinking the thoughts he confirmed.

"Stop it. Stop thinking it!" She shrieked in a panic, crossing her arms and on borderline hysterics.

Celeste was holding her stomach as she laughed, Travis slumping against her. They were losing it, while Aiden's smile was predatory and perfect.

He didn't make any moves to close their distance. His eyes did all the talking, and all the space invading. She squirmed, "Aiden stop it! Oh, my gods."

He winked at her, hooded eyes locking onto hers, "Would if I could, baby."

Her fists balled but she knew anything else she said would be fuel to the fire. So with flaming cheeks and that husky 'baby' circling her head on repeat, she turned around in desperate need of fresh air on her suddenly burning skin.

If she were like other girls, she'd be able to flirt back. If she weren't so...inexperienced, she'd be able to laugh it off and respond appropriately. She probably would be able to understand this part of his life better.

But she isn't like other girls, she isn't experienced, and she cannot understand him, or what she wants. What she thinks she wants, but will never be able to say or even fathom.

And more importantly, what he wants. What girls like Jen and the ones he's with back home can give him that she can't.

Doesn't matter. You'll never have the chance to do anything anyway. He's messing with your head, Marley.

Her throat burned as she strode for the door, ignoring the curious looks of the group as they hovered nearby, waiting for Leo and Sarah's return.

"Hey, Spitfire hold on. Hold on-"

"Let me go. I need to-I need to go outside. Air." she shoved her arm out from his hold, her breaths coming out in quick pants, her body overwhelmed.
