6 months later...
I was sitting on the couch with Jungkook, watching dramas to kill time. Suddenly the doorbell rings and we both jump, startled.
"You have to chande that doorbell. It's so loud." Jungkook laughs.
"I will! I swear!" I laugh too, "Who's gonna get it?"
"You."
"Rock, paper, scissors?" I do my puppy eyes.
"No, you. I got it last time. But be fast, the episode is about to start."
"Aish... Okay!" I stand up.
I walk over to the door and open it, facing Taehyung. His hair is not grey anymore, but more like a light brown, a little longer than it used to be.
My whole body freezes and I feel my breathing stop. I can't believe my eyes.
"T-Taehyung?" I stutter out.
"Julie." he smiles a little, "I'm finally out of the orphanage... I missed you."
"Taehyung, I... I-"
"Babe, come on. It's starting!" Jungkook says from inside.
"Wait? B-Babe? Is that J-Jungkook? Are you two-"
"Taehyung, you should leave."
"Julie, wait-"
"Goodbye, Taehyung." I say before closing the door.
I walk back to the couch and sit down again next to Jungkook.
"Are you okay? You look uneasy. Who was it?" he asks, concerned.
"N-no one. Just a sails man." I say.
"Okay, then." he says, "I love you, okay?"
"I-I love you too." I reply and he kisses my head.
But I still love him too.
