Luna quickly picked up a book and pretended to read it as Mark knocked on her door. Luna granted him entry into her room and couldn't help but like him more for asking to come in. Mark opened the door and walked in slightly. He asked where he might be able to get some clothes to wear whilst he waited for his to dry. Luna knew that there weren't any male clothes that would fit him in the whole house but his, so she told him not to bother with it and just wait for his own.

The next few minutes were very awkward for both Mark and Luna. Mark was struggling to keep it casual as to not alert Luna to his feelings for her. However, Luna was giggling inside her head as she knew how hard this must be for Mark to be in her bedroom, with only a towel wrapped around his waist. Luna also couldn't help but notice how muscular Mark was and glanced up from her book every now and then just to look at his body.

Mark asked Luna if he could possibly get a drink, as he was in desperate need of one after playing football and walking straight after in the rain. Luna went downstairs to the kitchen. Once there she burst out laughing at Mark's innocence. She texted Janine "OMG!!! He is so Peng. It's so funny watching him try and hold himself back, thanks for telling me B. Tell u all about it later. xx" Luna pulled out a glass then remembered that she didn't know what he wanted to drink, so she leaped up the stairs two at a time and offered each drink to him. Mark just said that water will do. Luna got him his water and returned to her room. She lay back down on the bed, and invited Mark over. Mark's face burned a deep red. Mark waddled over to her bed and lay down next to the love of his life.

Luna just started talking about the future and they ended up talking to each other that before Mark knew it, it was nearing 10:00 p.m. Mark jumped up off the bed. This sudden movement caused the only thing protecting his modesty and dignity to fall off. Mark was completely exposed to Luna's onlooking eyes. Mark quickly picked the towel up and covered himself back up. He was so embarrassed. Why did that have to happen to him. Surely Luna would hate him or laugh at him. Mark just sat back down on her bed, flustered and horrified.

Luna crawled over to and wrapped herself around his body. She asked what the matter was and Mark replied "I just can't believe that happened. Like of all the people for it to happen to, it had to be you who I was with." Luna was cracking up inside her head but she pretended to be confused and angry at this comment, "well okay. I didn't realise you hated me so much" Mark instantly snapped back, "you don't get it Luna. I love you."

Luna couldn't help it. all the laughter that she had been holding in burst out. Mark couldn't comprehend what was happening so he restated, "I don't think you heard me correctly. I said I love you. Why would that make you laugh?" Luna explained that Janine had told her that he was in love with her which got Mark annoyed at first but he just joined in with the laughter, "you mean all this time I've been in your room, you've known, and you just let me struggle by myself. I can't believe you let me stay for so long as well." Luna admitted that she hadn't intended it to go on for so long, but now that he was here, he might as well stay for the night. Mark appreciated this offer but politely turned it down. Luna kept trying to persuade him to stay until he gave in. He called his parents to explain the situation and they understood completely. Mark grabbed his now dry clothes and went to go eat with Luna and her family.

At first, Mark and Luna were questioned quite heavily by Luna's parents but then they accepted it, finished dinner, and went off to bed. Mark and Luna did the same. Mark had just gotten into bed when Luna told him to take his clothes off as they weren't clean. Mark couldn't believe what she was doing to him but seeing as he had no say in the matter, he obliged, warning her that in the night he might not be able to control himself. They fell asleep cuddled up next to each other, huge smiles on their faces.
