We walked downstairs and the house was very silent
I didn't bother asking why
A black jeep was packed opposite the front door
Halima entered the passenger's seat and Fa'iza entered through the left door and I entered the right door while Hauwa followed behind me so I ended up in the middle of the both of them
After some minutes of a silent drive Hauwa spoke "this outing is also kind of an outing to celebrate your wedding too"
I rolled my eyes at her but I couldn't hide my smile
Halima ended up taking pictures of us from the front seat
She showed me and they were really right, I did look very nice
The car stopped and I handed Halima back her phone
I went out of the car and I frowned "uh..what are we doing at a hotel?"

A man and woman standing in front of the reception walked towards us
The man was holding a big card and the woman was holding a bouquet of roses

I smiled at her and I collected it "Thank you"
The guy just wished me a happy birthday and he didn't bother giving me the card because he knew I couldn't even hold it

The woman guided us further into the hotel which was very beautiful
We stopped at two big double doors which indicated was a hall
The doors suddenly opened and I saw darkness
Hauwa collected the bouquet of roses from me
"Hau-.." i began to say before she pushed me in
Are they trying to kill me?!
Suddenly a phone flash popped out of nowhere then another, then another then several flashes turned on
More than I myself could count
A Happy Birthday song started playing
Indoor fireworks lit up as they circled where i was standing
They were literally surrounding me, in a circle
I hated these things
People kept singing along with the song until it ended and the sparks went down before everyone started cheering
The first person I saw standing in front of me when the sparks went down was Aunty
My mouth opened wide before I rushed over to her and I enveloped her in a big hug
I know I saw her yesterday but cmon, I Missed her
When I released her that was when I noticed everyone, literally
