Bella never told anyone she had a sister. What happens when her sister comes to Forks Washington? How will everyone feel about her? Especially a certain doctor?
It has been a few days since the battle. Everyone was happy that Mee wasn't killed and that everyone else wasn't killed, either. I sat on the couch with Mee, who looked 13 years old, showing her a photo album of me and Bella when we were younger.
"Who's that?" Mee asks
"That's my friend, Katherine," I told her
I started crying out of nowhere. I closed the photo album and tried to hide my face. Mee noticed and hugged me. I smiled and hugged back, only for me to cry more. The sound of footsteps made both of us look. I hate mood swings.
"Mood swings?" Bella asks
I nodded my head and stood up. Mee walked over to Bella and showed Bella the photo album. Bella nodded understanding why I started crying. She walked over and hugged me. I hugged back as the Cullen's all walked in. Carlisle walked over to me and began scanning seeing if something happened. I giggled at him before hugging him.
(I don't know much about pregnancy because I am 17. I tried my best on this. Feel free to correct me if anything is wrong.)
Carlisle relaxed and wrapped his arms around my waist. I smiled at the family over his shoulder, seeing them there. I kissed Carlisle's cheek, before pulling away from him.
"I'm hungry," I said
Esme giggled and pulled me into the kitchen. She began cooking. Having my stomach, plus two little stomachs, to feed was exhausting. Esme gave me food and I smiled brightly and began eating. Carlisle sat down next to me watching over me. He's beginning to be very protective of not just me, but the babies as well.
Not that I don't appreciate it! It's just hard for me to do anything when he is always over my shoulder.
"Hey, Bella!" I called out to her
"Yeah?" Bella asks
"Can we go to the store later? I'm going to need maternity clothes for when my fatness approaches" I asked
"You're not fat, and yeah. We'll head out once you're done eating" Bella tells me
"Sick!" I said
I finished eating and began getting ready. I grabbed a jacket and wrapped it around myself. I then walked over to the family. I kissed the kids on the cheek, hugged Esme and Daniel, and kissed Carlisle.
"I love you! I love you! I love you! I just love all of you!" I told them all
Everyone chuckled at my actions. Bella walked over to me and hugged Edward and kissed Mee's head.
"Be careful!" Carlisle says to us
"We will! No need to worry!" I told him
Bella and I left the house and headed to Bella's truck. Seeing as I was pregnant, Carlisle banned me from driving until the babies were born. We got in and we were off to the mall. We got clothes for me and then stopped to eat.
"Any other name ideas for the babies?" Bella asks
"Carlisle was mixing some of everyone's names and thought of two girl names. Rosalice and Esmilie" I told her
"That's cute! Any boy names?" Bella asks
"I was thinking something along the lines of Ren and Mekhi. We were thinking different and rare names" I told her
"I mean they are rare babies. Being born by a mermaid and a vampire" Bella tells me
"Yeah," I said
"How did Charlie feel about the pregnancy?" Bella asks
"He was happy. He wants me to make the babies middle name, somewhat of his name" I told her giggling
"That's good. I find this unfair" Bella says
"What?" I asked
"He likes your "husband" better than mine," Bella says
"Well, I worked with my "husband" and he is known throughout the town as the best doctor," I told her
"You make a good point," Bella tells me
"Like I always do," I said smirking
"C'mon let's get home. Alice is probably planning your wedding at this point" Bella tells me
"Most likely," I said

We arrived home and Bella carried most of the bags while I carried one. I walked in and sat down on the couch, not caring that I still had bags to put away. I held up a peace sign and laid down on the couch. I soon fell asleep.
Carlisle's POV
I watched as the girls came back and Gennie sat down on the couch with a bag in hand. Rosalie and Alice helped Bella place all the clothes away. I then noticed they didn't take Gennie's bag with them and when I went to grab it, Gennie was asleep on the couch. I smiled and placed a blanket over her body.
I turned back to the girls handed Rosalie the one bag, that Gennie had brought in. I walked out of the room and to my office. Daniel and Esme were in there.
"Hey, we want to know something" Daniel tells me
"What?" I asked
"What names have you guys picked for the babies?" Esme asks
I chuckled knowing that she wanted to know. So did a lot of the witnesses, mostly the Denali's. Everyone was grateful for what Gennie did and wanted to be included on everything.
"Well, we thought of two girl names and boy names. For the girls: Rosalice and Esmilie. For the boys: Gennie thought of Ren and Mekhi. However, she may be thinking Charles for Charlie" I told them
"Adorable" Esme gushes
"She made you happy, Carlisle. I'm happy about that." Daniel tells me
"I'm happy I met her. She is my light. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have her in my life. She is a good person and everyone in our family knows that. Gennie thinks of everyone as family, no matter what they've done in the past. As long as they don't hurt anyone she loves, she won't kill them. The kids treat her as a Mom that I couldn't wish from anyone else. I love her" I said
