Bella never told anyone she had a sister. What happens when her sister comes to Forks Washington? How will everyone feel about her? Especially a certain doctor?
I answered my phone. Carlisle was running my stomach a bit still.
"Katherine? Everything ok?" I asked
"I'm going to stay in Forks. I will have to find somewhere to stay for the time being" Katherine tells me
"She can stay here" Carlisle says
"Wait! Is that Carlisle?" Katherine asks
"Yeah" I tell her
"I am on my way" Katherine says growling
Katherine hung up before I could tell her anything. I winced knowing what she was going to do. She was going to go on a rant towards him.
"What's wrong?" Bella asks
"Katherine is coming here, but she will yell at Carlisle for leaving me without saying anything" I told them
"I want to be here for this!" Emmett says
Katherine barges into the house and storms over to Carlisle. I stepped back towards Bella, who held my hand.
"I heard about what happened the moment Genevieve woke up that morning. She was distraught and couldn't keep herself together just as much as Bella was. I'll get to you!" She points at Edward "I have known both Bella and Genevieve for most of their lives. They are the sisters I wish I had! If I hear that you hurt her again. I'll kill you, same with you!" Katherine rants
"I won't hurt her. I already made that promise when we all moved back" Carlisle tells her
"Good. Now, let me see your stomach clearly" Katherine tells me
I giggled and walked over to her. She smiled and placed her hands on my stomach. The babies kicked at her hand. They seemed to like anyone whenever they are near, or touching my stomach.
"Know the genders yet?" Katherine asks
"No, we are waiting until they are born to know" I told her
"I vote two girls" Katherine says
"It was a surprise, you know? We had no clue we were going to have twins." I said
"Was your biological mom a twin?" Jasper asks
"I don't know. I knew nothing of my biological parents and family" I told him
"Well, it's a miracle alright" Carlisle says
Carlisle kissed my cheek before pulling me closer to him. I smiled and watched as Bella hugged Katherine.
"Hey, kid! You've grown. Is this Renesmee?" Katherine asks seeing Mee
"How'd you know?" Bella asks
"Genevieve told me everything. Especially about this little cutie!" Katherine says gushing at Renesmee
Mee walked forward and went to place her hand on her cheek. Katherine backed up.
"It's ok. It's how she communicates" Bella tells her
Katherine then let her place a hand on her cheek. Katherine was shown everything that happened. Mee dropped her hand, and Katherine looked towards Bella and Edward.
"She's unique, Bella. She looks like you too" Katherine says
"She acts more like Edward" I told her
Edward walked over to his piano, Mee followed him and they began playing together. I smiled at my niece as she played alongside my step-son brother in law. That was difficult to think about.
"I can see that" Katherine says
"C'mon and I will show you a room" I told her
Katherine followed me up the stairs to a room. It was a guest room as what Esme told me. She sat on the bed and patted for me to sit. I sat down next to her.
"You have a beautiful family, and growing!" Katherine tells me
"Thank you. So what happened with Derek?" I asked
Derek was her fiance. He was a kind man, it was weird seeing the two apart. Katherine sighed before talking.
"He cheated on me with a girl named, Vanessa. She was his co-worker. I didn't expect it to happen." Katherine tells me
"I'm sorry. I thought he was a nice man. He seemed to have loved you. Guess he wasn't" I said to her
"Agreed." Katherine says
I groaned in pain. Katherine turned to me and placed a hand on my shoulder.

"Are you alright?" Katherine asks
"I-I don't know. Aah!" I groaned in pain again
The door opened revealing Carlisle and Daniel. They ran over and picked me up. They carried me out of the room into the doctor room in the house. I saw Katherine and everyone following. Carlisle placed me down on the table as Daniel kept everyone out of the room.

Carlisle's POV
After the babies were born and cleaned up, I placed them on Gennie's chest. One girl, one boy. She smiled tiredly at me. I leaned down and kissed her head, then kissed the babies.
"If you want, I can bring every one in?" I asked her
"Please" She says
I smiled and walked out of the door. Everyone stood up and looked at me, waiting to go in.
"Is she ok?" Bella asks
I didn't say anything, except gesture for everyone to follow me. Everyone looked at eachother, before following me. We walked in and Gennie was sitting up, holding both of the babies to her chest. She smiled seeing everyone.
"Hi" Gennie whispers
"What's the genders?" Rosalie asks
"Boy and girl" I tell them
"Oh my gosh! They are so cute!" Alice coos
"Do we know if they are like Renesmee or not?" Bella asks
"We won't know" Daniel tells her
"What are their names?" Esme asks
"For the boy, Ren, and for the girl, Rosalice" Gennie tells them
I walked over to her and sat next to her on the best. The babies yawned and so did Gennie. Esme turned to everyone.
"I think it's time we head out. They need their rest" Esme tells everyone
Everyone walked out. Katherine was last to leave and she looked at us.
"Congratulations" Katherine tells us
"Thank you" I tell her
Gennie went to sleep with the babies. I grabbed her some clothes for when she wakes up. I turned the light off and relaxed with my new little family.
