Genevieve's POV
Me and Bella walked into the house after Edward had dropped us off. Bella walked upstairs as I walked over to Charlie. I sat down next to him and hugged him tight making him hug back.
"How did it go?"Charlie asks
"It was good. I got to meet Carlisle's sister, Esme, and her husband Daniel. Then met all the kids."I tell him
"So everyone likes you?"Charlie asks
"Yeah"I said simply
"Now what I would like to know is, what if they call you mom?"Charlie asks
"I honestly don't know what to say to that, but Edward almost called me mother yesterday, "I told him
"Really?"Charlie asks
"Yeah. He was about to say it but said Gennie"I said
"You and Carlisle dating?"Charlie asks
"Dad!"I said
"What? We've all seen the way you both look at each other. So?"Charlie asks
"Well, we kissed if that helps"I tell him
"Yup. Your dating. Soon you'll be married and then the kids will call you mom"Charlie says
I rolled my eyes at him and walked away. I walked to my room only to see Carlisle sitting on my bed making me jump. He turned towards me as I shut my door.
"What are you doing here?"I asked him
"I couldn't stay away from you. I heard what Charlie said"Carlisle tells me
"About what?"I asked
I moved over to him and sat next to him. He took my hand in his and kissed it.
"About the children calling you mom, "Carlisle says
"They don't have to, but I heard Edward almost call me mother"I tell him
"Really?"Carlisle asks
I nodded my head then laid it on his shoulder. I don't know how I would feel if the kids called me mom. I wouldn't hate it, but I would feel weird in a way because I'm not their actual mother. What would Esme feel about it? They call her Aunt Esme.
"My family are going to play baseball tomorrow. You want to come watch? Edward's bringing Bella with us"Carlisle asks
"Yeah, sure. What's it like to play baseball as vampires?"I asked curious
"Well, we have to play during a thunderstorm. It's kind of like a past time. You'll understand why when you and Bella come and watch us all play"Carlisle tells me
"Ok. You do know Bella will introduce you both to dad tomorrow, right?"I asked him
"I worry about how your father would feel about Edward then about me, "Carlisle tells me
