Bella never told anyone she had a sister. What happens when her sister comes to Forks Washington? How will everyone feel about her? Especially a certain doctor?
After Renee left, everyone pretended nothing happened. Phil walked over to me. I knew he had questions.
"Was all that true? Renee used to hit you?" Phil asks
"Yes," I told him
"Why didn't you tell me? I could have talked to her and made her stop" Phil asks
"You and she were just married at the time and I didn't want you to think I said all that make you leave," I told him
(She is such an angel)
"I would never leave. You and Bella are like my own. I love you both the same. And like you said, I love you for you" Phil tells me
I smiled and hugged him. He hugged back and gestured for Bella to join in. Bella joined into the group hug.
"Dark Viv is scary," Emmett says
Some chuckled and some nodded in agreement. I giggled and looked at them all.
"Can I meet the twins?" Phil asks
"Of course you can! Ren, Rosa come here! There's someone I would like you both to meet" I called them
Ren and Rosalice ran over to me and looked at Phil. Rosa hid behind my leg, as Ren held onto my dress.
"This is Phil, you're other grandfathers," I told them
Ren was the first to step forward. Phil knelt down in front of him. Ren smiled and hugged him. Rosalice soon joined the hug as well. Mee walked over to me.
"What's going to happen to grandma Renee? Will I still be able to see her?" Mee asks me
"Oh, sweetie! Of course, you can still see her. I'm not going to force you to never go see her because of what happened. However, it's up to Bella and Edward if you can go or not" I told her
"It's time for Dad and Mom to go on their honeymoon!" Alice says
"Rosalie, do you mind-?" I was cut off
"I'll watch the kids, now go!" Rosalie tells me
I grabbed Carlisle's hand and we walked over to Carlisle's Mercedes. He opened the door for me and kissed my cheek before closing the door. I smiled as he got in and started the car. I looked out the window and saw everyone else watching as we left. I waved out the window as Carlisle drove away.
"Where are we going?" I asked
"It's a surprise," Carlisle tells me
I playfully pouted knowing I won't get any answers. He chuckled and held my hand in his. I brought his hand to my lips and kissed it. Carlisle brought our connected hands and kissed mine.

We arrived at some pier for boats. I looked at Carlisle confused. He didn't say anything, except get out of the car. He walked over to my side and opened the door. I got out of the car as Carlisle walked towards a boat. He turned towards my direction and held one of his hands out for me. I grabbed it as he helped me into the boat.
Carlisle began sailing the boat as we made our way to a island. It was beautiful. I gasped at the looks of it. Carlisle heard me and looked at me.
"What do you think?" Carlisle asks
"What is this place?" I asked
"Isle Gen" Carlisle tells me
(Do you like Isle Gen or Gennie? I didn't know what to call the island)
I looked at him with my eyes widened. He named the island after me?
"Isle Gen?" I asked
"Yes, I had it made right after you said yes to marrying me. I thought it would be a great place for the honeymoon. What do you think?" Carlisle asked
"It's beautiful" I told him
He smiled before porting the boat. He grabbed my hands to help me out, as a sailor walked towards the boat. Carlisle then lead me around the island and showed me everything. In the middle, couples were dancing under the moonlight. Carlisle lead me over and twirled me. I giggled and we began to sway to the romantic music that was playing nearby.
"I love you" Carlisle tells me
"I love you too" I told him
Carlisle leaned down and kissed my nose. I scrunched it as he lead me away. We walked towards the place we are going to be staying in for the week. I know? You just find out your husband made a island for you, and you only stay for a week? Crazy.
We walked into the suite that was for us and I gasped at the beauty of it. White walls, with pictures of different sceneries. There was a balcony that looked out towards the ocean. Our bags had already arrived at the suite before we arrived. Carlisle must've sent them here.
"Want to play?" Carlisle asks
I looked over and saw him at a table. There was a chess board. I knew that this would be here, him and Esme play a lot. I smiled and walked over to sit across from him.
"I've never played before" I told him
"Don't worry. I'll teach you" Carlisle tells me
Carlisle spent some time showing me how to play chess. It didn't seem as hard as I thought. Carlisle and I played a few rounds. He won some, I won some. I believed he was letting me win.
"Bella was talking about something that I've never thought of before the wedding" I mentioned
"What'd she say?" Carlisle asks
"She believes that I should find my biological mother" I told him
"Really? Have you thought about it?" Carlisle asks
"No, I wanted to worry about everything else before thinking of that" I told him
"You should do it. Maybe you'll understand why she gave you to Charlie" Carlisle tells me
"Maybe" I said
I moved one of my pieces and won again. He smiled at me.
"Are you sure you've never played before?" Carlisle asks
"Yup" I said
I got up from the chess board and walked towards the bed. I flopped onto it, not caring that I need to change from my clothes. I ended up falling asleep right then and there.
