CHAPTER 12- LUCIA'S POV
We swam for such a long period of time but the dot was nowhere on the screen. I looked to my left and immediately regretted it. I saw the same type of corals that Amaka and I used to swim/talk in.
"Amaka!" I laughed.
"What?" she joked.
"Stop tickling me!" I screamed but laughed at the same time.
"Or what?" joked Amaka.
"Stop!" I screamed.
"Fine, fine," said Amaka.
Amaka stopped and I looked around, the waters were getting dark.
"You should go home, Amaka!" I said.
"Yeah, it is getting dark," agreed Amaka.
"I have found you mermaid princess!" said a evil voice.
We looked up.
He pointed his finger and water currents shot at us. Amaka pushed me away.
"Go, excape into the human world," said Amaka.
"No, I can't leave you."
"You are my and your kingdom's last hope!"
I swam away to my kingdom to pack my things.
"Princess, princess! Flee you are our only hope!" said one of my maids.
"I will, at once," I said. I didn't bother telling them that I was going to leave even before they had ask me to.
I started swimming towards the surface but before I have got there, my tail had turned into legs. My trustworthy sharks helped me swim to the surface.
I breathed in a breathe and then I had crashed on the ground.
"Lucia!" shouted Sirena, bringing me out of my flashback.
"Sorry, what?" I asked.
"We were thinking on taking a break," said Chloe.
"A break would be nice," I replied.
