Nunew's POV

We got out of the car as we walked towards the venue. We we're about to enter the ballroom when I grabbed Zee's sleeves feeling nervous. Zee turned as I felt my palm sweating. I breathe shakily as Zee then held my arm making me look up to him.

"It's okay .. I am here .. just follow my lead .." he said gently and I nod. He then looked at his arm as a sign for me to hold on to his arm. I held his arm as we walked into the ballroom full of businessmen and women. We walked through the crowd and soon saw Max and Jay talking.

"Ah there you are .." said Max as Zee looked at me.

"Are we late ?" Asked Zee as Max nodded.

"Hello Nhu .." said Jay as he smirk. I smile , bowing slightly.

"Where's Mr Lian ?" Asked Zee.

"Zee !" We both turned seeing a guy walking our way. Zee smile slightly , shaking hands with him.

"It's good to see you son .." he said as Zee chuckled.

"And who is this ?" He asked , turning to look at me.

"Ah , this is Nunew , my fiancé .." said Zee as I put my hand together , greeting him.

"Ah so this is your infamous fiancé ! Congratulations Zee !" He said as Zee chuckled , smiling.

"Nhu , this is the founder of Gemini , Mr Lian .." said Zee.

"Congratulation on your new launch .." I said as Mr Lian smile.

"Where's your father ?" He asked Zee.

"He's out of town but he sent his regards .." said Zee as Mr Lian chuckled.

"Well , enjoy the party .." he said as he pat Zee on the back , leaving me and Zee.

"Your father was supposed to be here ?" I asked.

"Mr Lian and my father are business partners .." said Zee.

"Come .. let's sit .. the party is about to start .." said Zee and I nod. I sat in between Max and Zee. I could feel someone's stare from across the table. I turned my head seeing Jay staring at me making me feel uncomfortable. I fidgeted in my seat , not knowing what to do.

Zee's POV

I turned back to see Nunew , fidgeting in his sit. I then realised that something was wrong.

"You okay ?" I asked softly.

"I just feel uncomfortable .. that's all." He answered making me frown. I soon realised that Jay was busy staring at Nunew. My heart burn in anger as I clutch my fist. Soon I felt a hand on mine making me look down to see Nunew holding my hand.

"It's okay .." he whispered as I sigh. I removed his hand , turning my hand where my palm is facing up.

"If you feel uncomfortable , just hold my hand.." I whispered as he hesitantly held my hand. I interlocked my fingers with his , rubbing his soft skin with my thumb.

Nunew's POV

I look at Zee as he held my hand , comforting me. I smile softly as I felt relaxed. I held his hand tightly as we both paid attention to the party. Even if we were eating , Zee's hand never leaves mine. Even if I wasn't holding his hand , he still kept his hand on my thigh. For some reason , I wasn't weirded out but instead I felt relieved under his touch. Zee somehow calms me down.

"The dance floor is now open .." said the MC.

"Let's dance .." said Zee making me frown.

"Dance ?" I asked in confusion and he nod , getting up making me look around.

"Come on .." he said as he pulled out his hand. I cleared my throat , hesitantly grabbing his hand as I got up. We slowly walked towards the dance floor as I look around. Zee exchange smiles with Mr Lian as he dance with his wife.

"I am not a good dancer .." I said making Zee chuckle.

"Neither am I .." he said as I stood in front of him.

"But it's no harm to try .." he said.

"Just follow my lead .." he continued. He grabbed one of my hand , placing it on his shoulder. One of his hand then held my other free hand , interlacing his fingers with mine. Out of a sudden , he pulled me closer by the waist making me gasp softly and my eyes widened. He chuckled as we slowly sway to the music.

I smile as he slowly leaned in. I did the same , leaning my forehead on his. I close my eyes , sighing happily.

I then looked at him as he slowly twirled me around making me chuckle. I then giggled softly as he then brought me closer again. I wrapped my arms around his neck as he held my waist.

"I thought you didn't know how to dance .." I said.

"I don't .." he said.

"Maybe because I am used to seeing my parents slow dance .." he said.

"Then why didn't you dance with anyone ? I bet there were people who wanted to dance with you .." I said.

"I was saving my first dance .." he said making me blush lightly. I then looked around , realizing we were the only same-sex couple on the dance floor.

"Some people are looking at us .." I whispered.

"Don't worry , they haven't seen a couple like us .." he said making me chuckle.

"Couple huh ?" I asked.

"We are a couple aren't we ?" He asked.

"Base on a deal .. yes .." I said as we both laughed. I sigh , moving closer to him as we both leaned our forehead on each other.

"Maybe being a fake couple isn't so bad .." he said softly making me smile. He then placed a gentle kiss on my forehead. I smile shyly , shaking my head.

"I need to use the bathroom .." I said before walking away , smiling to myself.

I look at myself in the mirror , smiling to myself as I touch my forehead.

"Ah I am going crazy ..." I said to myself. I then washed my hand , sighing. Soon the door opened  making me lift my head up and soon saw Jay through the reflection of the mirror. I turned as Jay smile , closing the door.

"Can I just say how beautiful you are tonight .." he said making me chuckle nervously.

"That is very nice of you .. thank you .." I said , drying my hands.

"If you were to excuse me , I gotta go before Zee looks for me .." I said , walking past him but he then grabbed my wrist making me turn to him, shock.

"Oh come on .. let him be .." he said making me frown.

"Would you please let go of me." I said coldly.

"Oh don't show me that attitude doll .. I just want to play for awhile .." he said as I tried pushing his hand away but his grips get tighter.

"Don't worry I won't hurt you .." he said as he then pushed me towards the wall , holding me still as I tried pushing him away.

"Let go of me !" I shouted as he then placed his palm on my mouth making whimper. He smirk as his hand wander around my body.

Zee's POV.

I frown , looking at my watch. I drank my wine in discomfort as I had a bad feeling.

"Where is he ?" I asked , looking around for Nunew.

"What's with the frown ?" Asked Max as he drank his wine.

"I'll be right back .." I said , getting up.

"Zee , where are you going ?" Asked Max as he got up , following me. I walked towards the washroom. I was about to push the door open when I realized it was lock.

"Nhu ! Open up !" I shouted , banging on the door.

"Zee relax .." said Max as I then breathe hard. I took a step back before kicking the door opened. Max's eyes widened as I walked in and soon my eyes widened seeing Jay , holding Nunew who had tears in his eyes. I then looked down to see Nunew's suit on the ground and his shirt was unbuttoned.

"Z-Zee .." stuttered Nunew as I clutch my fist.
